She is a kind and friendly person who took the time to explain how to make reservations for the Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony that can be scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays. The Yirgacheffe coffee was incredible, so smooth! It is from Ethiopia--the birthplace of coffee. The food menu is vegetarian (no meat served) The noise level was perfect, indoor seating is plentiful (no outdoor seating), and parking is plentiful in the lot in front. In the restroom, the toilet was a bidet. I wish the menu were in a larger font to make it easier to read. I feel coffee shops in general need ample storage to keep supplies and clutter out of sight of customers.

I placed my order online (the fees and tax and tip made a $5 chai latte come to almost $9 though but I think that's just the area) and the woman working waited until I arrived to make it so that it wouldn't get cold. she was so quick though! and while I was waiting, I noticed some packaged French cookies that were vegan so I ended up grabbing some of those and they and the latte were both delicious! and the woman was very friendly and helpful. I wish I would have got it without the sweet cream because it ended up curdling towards the bottom of my drink. The service was good. The young lady who took my order was very kind. She told me about the drink. I ordered in the different options for the milk used to make the drink. I had the choice of regular milk, oat milk, and another milk that I forgot. Feeling bad about not utilizing such a cozy place often enough, when I was running errands in the area, I was eager to spare 10 minutes out of my day to re-appreciate it with a cup of latte. The lady upfront was welcoming. The temperature outside was warmer for a typical mid-November day and yet seeing her smile warmed me up more. As usual, I got me a triple latte in a medium size cup. I'm between cappuccino or loaded latte (meaning extra shot); lately a triple latte has been my go to. My latte was made generously all the way up to the rim of the cup. And when I took my first sip, I got the instant gratification; it truly hit the spot. Cuteness is what this shop is all about. The decors throughout the store are adorable. Some goods are for sale.
