The pharmacy is particularly slow. After 18 months of waiting on prescriptions, medicine they don't stock, and the long, long lines and lines inside or the drive through, I'm switching to a more reliable grocery store. Go somewhere else. read more

It will take 5+ hours for them to fill something. it's very concerning when you need medicine or our children need to start an antibiotic how unorganized this location is. I was given an intramuscular medication without being provided any syringes, needles, or alcohol wipes to administer this medication. When I called to request them from the pharmacy technician, she expected that I should provide to her the size of the syringes and needles needed, along with the number of needles this prescription would require. I've had this medication filled at pharmacies other than Walgreens and never once was I expected to do this kind of breakdown of a prescription written for me. The other pharmacies were intelligent enough to think this through when filling the medication. The pharmacy tech was not mature enough to handle the phone call and transferred me to the pharmacist who was actually even worse than the technician. He was losing his composure and raising his voice and defending his team for lacking the knowledge to properly fill this prescription. I was treated with disrespect. I do not recommend anybody should use this pharmacy. This was at 9 AM on Tuesday, December 18. read more

The Pharmacy at this location is terrible. It looks like they're understaffed and training new employees but it always causes problems. The manager for this location needs to bring on staff that is experienced to help during this period when they are training if that's the case. I have Sent over multiple new prescriptions to this pharmacy and every single time it gets messed up. I get a text that says the prescription is ready. I go to pick it up and they say it's not ready. I have made multiple unnecessary trips wasting my time. The person at the counter isn't great at communicating which prescriptions they have their prescriptions. They're even handing to me which prescriptions still need to be filled and they don't verify my date of birth. I thought this pharmacy would be convenient. The closest pharmacy to my house drive-through frustrating wasted a lot of time . I will be switching to another pharmacy. read more

Terrible!! The pharmacy policy of whatever their person in charge feels like in regards to when prescriptions can be filled is a joke!! I was told that a prescription would be ready today, yesterday. Today I was first lied to and told that the computer system wouldn't allow them to fill it. After I explained that the individual I spoke with yesterday ran it through the system I was put on hold. After a little bit I was told that the pharmacist in charge feels like it to soon to fill. Try checking tomorrow. This inconsistency is absurd! Dropped off a script written by my doctor and they lost it. "We don't know where it is" this is a prescription that I need. My doctor is out of the office over the weekend so I have to go two days without my prescription. This is just unbelievable. Horrible experience with the pharmacy over the weekend. I dropped my husbands RX off in the drive through and the women was not friendly kept asking about the insurance card....I ended up leaving the card with her and came back after 30 min. I went inside to pick up and while standing at the counter her and the pharmacist were talking about me and my insurance that I lied about my husband being the insurance carrier. When I was helped she said there's an issue with the card I talked to the pharmacist and answered all his questions then sat down, a few min later he's yelling at me that it's a expired... I went to the counter and he kept saying it's expired I'm like no we've used it all week with my husbands procedures, he said your names on the card YOUR the insurance holder ...my name was on the card but they all have the same ID/group number so I was showing him all my kids cards and he was being so rude pointing the the names and saying what's that say not the same!! Over and over finally I asked for my prescriptions back to go someplace else and he kept saying I'm just helping you!! I got a little snippy and told him I didn't want his help. He gave me the papers and kept saying your cards expired as I walked away in front of other customers he kept yelling it. I was extremely sleep deprived due to my husband having emergency surgery that morning and being up all night, I was so upset I left in tears!! I went to another Walgreens down the street went in still visibly upset and they couldn't believer experience, they said he was entering the card in wrong and had me in and out within 20 min!!!! I know this is a long review but it was absolutely that bad of experience and hope no one else has this issue. read more

I shop wàlgreens a lot and just when I needed to purchase some prep for a colon exam the yellow sticker was posted OTC approved and went to the counter to pay and item was not in the system this I have notice on the 13 July 2 Walgreens had the sticker posted but the item of it was 15 bucks was not in the system I called customer service they said someone would call me in two days it's now been 10 days and another Senior who has the over the counter benefits said she ran into the same thing why enter into a contract if you're not gonna it .Walmart's are far cheaper and they even honor the healthy food benefit card.Walgreens employees are smart ass mouth one guy at the store I shopped for 12 yrs said it unitedhealth care I said nope its corporate plus be ware not all the prices are the same gas x walgreen brand is 5.79 at the Mississippi and periora store go mile up to iliff its 20 more buyer be aware do your home work if you live on a fixed income like I do !!!!!! I generally love Walgreens and use their pharmacy almost exclusively. But this morning (after not being able to keep food down for 3 days) I went to Urgent Care and had my prescriptions faxed over. When I showed up they said it would be an hour. I told them my situation, they said it would be 30 minutes. When my wife showed up an hour later it still wasn't ready. It took almost two hours to get my prescription so I can eat again. And on top of that they were very rude. I will not be back to this location. read more

I've never had a visit to this pharmacy that went smooth. No matter how I am getting a prescription refilled, I always end up spending 30-45 minutes either straightening out a mess or waiting on a prescription. I've had doctors send electronic prescriptions directly to this location, even receive a text alert from Walgreens informing me my prescription is available for pick up, only to arrive and have them inform me "it's not ready" and spend 30+ minutes roaming the aisles. I think it's time to take my prescription and business across the street to CVS. read more

There's always a Walgreens around when you need one. This one is tucked back in off of Parker and Arapahoe next to a gas station and the Dusty Boot. It's very clean, with a huge parking lot. Can't go wrong! read more

I was trying to be nice and give her a little slack because they were "backed up" but she was absolutely awful. The way she was speaking to me is unacceptable. She needs to be replaced. The service at this Walgreens is abysmal. I went to purchase some items and the computer was being difficult about some coupons I had. The items were correct, and one clearly stated in the ad that both the store coupon and manufacturer coupon could be used. The "manager" James said too bad, he didn't care what the Ad said, he wasn't doing it. Another item, which was priced at 1.99 for which I had a coupon for $1.50 was coming up saying that the coupon price exceeded the price, which was obviously wrong for anyone who has any basic math skills. He again said too bad. Obviously, this store does not have any concern for its customers. Do not go there! read more

By far this store has the worst pharmacy service I have ever dealt with. Way understaffed with wait time to pick up prescriptions excessively long. They do not answer the phone so my doctor was forced to leave three messages for a precipitation, which they never bothered to pick up. I am now dealing with King Soopers pharmacy and I am done with Walgreens forever!!! read more

The store manager at this location treats the employees as if they are below him and has a do as I say not as I do type of attitude. He hides in the office for 8 hours a day playing on his cell phone and doesn't seem to ever really work. It's a good thing this location is so slow, otherwise it would go downhill so fast it would make the district manager's head spin. read more

We just stopped by looking for a hard to find candy. The store mgr Eddy was able to locate two bags for us and was able to pick up more on the way for tomorrow! This pharmacy is the slowest I have ever been to. I had a prescription for toothpaste, they told me 15-20 minutes so i waited. After 40 minutes I left with no toothpaste. How long does it take to get a tube of toothpaste and put in in a bag. Apparently longer than 40 minutes. If they knew they were going to be that long they should have told me. I would have gone home and picked it up later. There was another customer who had the same experience and was very angry when I was there. I called the pharmacy and left a message with my experience, no call back or any apology. I will never fill another prescription here again. They are unbelievably slow and inaccurate with their times to fill a prescription. read more
