Even though it's in DTC, this place is giving all the Hawaiian vibes!…read more I came here with the sole purpose to work in the afternoon and it was a much needed delight. Plenty of space, tables and outlets with strong WiFi and even stronger coffee! Since I've never been, I kept it traditional and ordered off their regular menu vs seasonal drinks. Coco MacNut Latte was pretty tasty, they will put it in a glass or cup if you're staying there which I appreciate. Staff was super friendly, clean bathrooms and they even had free smoothie samples to try. I'll be adding this to my working from a coffee shop rotation, mahalo!!!

Cute little coffee shop that really invokes a feeling of Hawaii in Denver. Love that local feel…read more Staff was friendly enough. I bought a bag of beans and a small drip coffee. I was hoping the small coffee would be free with purchase of bag, but I guess it wasn't. The bag of coffee wasn't cheap, so I was disappointed in how over-roasted the beans were. Adjusting grind levels and water temperature, there was always a bitterness or too watered down. The other flavors present in the beans, however, we're quite nice. I was hoping that they would have real kona coffee, but unfortunately their supplier suffered from disaster in Hawaii. Not going to blame them for that, but objectively speaking, if a Hawaiian coffee shop doesn't have Hawaiian coffee, then I am sad about it. At the same time, due to the circumstances, there is a compelling reason to throw some more support behind them.

There are coffee shops... and then there are places that seem to get you before you even order…read more Corvus Coffee Roasters is that kind of place. I walked in thinking I would grab a quick coffee. I walked out slightly reconsidering my standards. Let's start with the latte. Extra shot, because... life. And this wasn't just caffeine, it was precision. Smooth, layered, no bitterness fighting for attention. The kind of balance that feels intentional, like someone actually tasted it before handing it over instead of just pushing buttons behind a machine. And then the ham and cheese croissant. This is where things got serious. Flaky in that shatters just enough to make a mess but not enough to embarrass you kind of way. Buttery without being heavy. The ham had actual presence, not just a salty afterthought, and the cheese melted into it like it belonged there from the beginning. Indulgent without tipping into regret. And then... the pastry case. It is not a display. It is a trap. You think you have self-control until you are face-to-face with it. Everything looked like it had a point of view. Not just "we make pastries," but we care about what this feels like when you eat it. This is the kind of place where: You come for coffee You stay for the details And you leave already planning your next visit Not loud. Not trying too hard. Just excellent.

(Owners' note: it would do really well!) We all enjoyed our drinks, including an Americano, chai, and hot chocolate. I tried their gluten-free muesli slice, which was tasty, though I did notice that other GF items in the case are still displayed alongside non-gluten-free options which results in cross contact. (Yes, I'm that customer who keeps pointing this out!) I do hope they find a dedicated GF baker and rectify this issue soon.

Food: As a coffee fan & I tried Dalgona( Korean cookie caramel) latte. Love it…read more Sunset ade is refreshing with OJ in it. Both paired well with Honey comb cheese bread that I prefer condensed milk sauce more than honey sauce. Service: Friendly owner who let me try Dalgona cookie before order it. Gave us 15% off for Vets discounts( that we put them back for tips). Ambiance: Clean, modern. But they are under some construction right now. We didn't hear any noise. We played Uno as they offered many board games. Open late coffee shop! Good for night owl or waiting for a late meet up spot. Sum up: Unique coffee, nice team, great late hours in Aurora, Korean town strip mall!

For the price, they should be ready to enjoy, not served frozen to the point where they're inedible. We weren't informed ahead of time that they would be frozen, so we ended up spending quite a bit without actually being able to enjoy them they were still ice-cold on the inside. The Turkish coffee was also disappointing and didn't resemble what you would typically expect. Overall, the visit fell short of expectations. If pastries are being sold at a premium price of $12-14 per one... they should be fresh and ready to eat not something so frozen it feels like it could break your teeth.
