I do have to say, be careful when you come here. Not only will you have to dodge the vehicle making their stop here, but the people as well. I had to dodge several people to get to the door. Inside I quickly browsed the coolers and found what I wanted drink wise. I had some time to browse what else was available since the line at the register was long. The line moved slowly and it was a while before I got to the register. Once there, it was like dealing with the most flat people on the planet. No expression, no emotion. They were like robots. Once I was finally paid I had to fight through the people again. Luckily for me I ran directly toward the street bypassing everything outside. Headphones in and I was good to go.

We ordered 1 cheesesteak hoagie, 10 wings, cheese fries and 2 bottles of 1 liter sized water (total cost $31). The cheesesteak also came with fries but we didn't know that. If we had known, we would have asked for ketchup. The cheesesteak had great flavor - reminds me of Philly's corner store cheesesteaks from back in the day. The wings were dry rubbed and also had great flavor. I do wish they could've provided bleu cheese or ranch for dipping. The cheese fries were typical cheese fries. Nothing special, just average. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors of the cheesesteak and wings.

Subject: Formal Complaint - 711 Pacific Ave., Atlantic City, NJ: Misleading Business Hours (False…read moreAdvertising) To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the business located at 711 Pacific Avenue, Atlantic City, New Jersey, which advertises itself as being "open 24/7", but is frequently closed during posted open hours, including during overnight hours. This misleading claim creates a false expectation for the public and causes inconvenience, especially for visitors, workers, and residents who rely on 24-hour access to essential services in the area. On several occasions, I and others have visited the location during late-night hours -- when the store claims to be open -- only to find the doors locked and no staff present. This type of false advertising may constitute a violation of: * N.J.S.A. 56:8-2 - Unlawful practices under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (misleading or deceptive commercial practices) * Atlantic City business license ordinances (if claiming 24/7 hours without staffing) Requested Action: * Immediate correction of the store's advertised hours if they are not in fact operating 24/7. * Investigation by appropriate city or consumer protection authorities into potential false advertising or code violations. * A public clarification from the store, either by sign or online, if operating hours have changed. This type of misleading conduct is unfair to both consumers and to other businesses in the area who accurately disclose their hours and serve the public in good faith. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
