Updates; Do not…read moretrust these people sorry but I will update in a few days why...... As I said in my previous review I originally went into purchase a 24K deep day moisturizer cream. For whatever the reason they did not have this and I was told by Sani the manager, owner since May 1st, that 24K deep moisturizer is same, it's a new name, then he proceed to sell it to me for $118 but I was not convinced that these two are the same product. Anyways later I found out online that 24K deep moisturizer is $88. I am glad I didn't buy it. I did purchase a 24k multivitamin day and I feel like it's almost already empty, been using it only for one week. I hope I'm wrong! This jar is a pump and I can't see inside the jar. I will wait and see. I think now on if I ever want to purchase orogold, will only order online, like from Amazon, I won't frequent their store locations anymore. I called 877-554-1777 and two NYC store locations for couple of simple questions but all their answers are different and when I try to ask more questions, they just told me to come to the store. Specially the 877 number I called I don't know what kind of customer service that is but she did not know much, just told me best I go to one of the locations.

The first time I came in was around closing time and only Letty was working that shift. There are only 5 people allowed in the store at a time, as it is a small store, and it was at full capacity while we were there. She was so nice, handed us some samples of fragrances while we waited. We were the last customers in the store, and she was very patient and genuine with how she serviced us. The next day we went back in to pick up my bf, a cologne, Aleís, serviced us. He listened to what I wanted, made us laugh, and we ended up walking out with a free perfume under the deal they were running. They were both really great!! Definitely will stop by here again, if I'm in town.

I've been coming to the Linwood Location for a few months now. 1)for laser hair removal treatments…read moreand 2) for facials. Dr. Sood and Camille have been really awesome at helping me address my concerns and I have seen improvements the last few months that have made feel better and happier. Dr. Sood is very kind and informative when he deals with -you- as a patient. When you receive your laser hair removal treatments he makes sure to check in on how you're doing and feeling, about everything regarding your treatment. The same can be said for Camille, as well. Camille has been helpful with skincare and I've enjoyed my last two facials that I've had done with her. She has taught me a lot about products, and what I should and should not use. She overall has helped me simplify my skincare. (The microdermabrasion one I got today was really nice!) The office is clean, modern, and professional. You won't feel like a number at a Doctor's office like this because the staff is small, friendly, and personal. I can't recommend Dr. Sood and his team enough!

Obviously, doing your research is key. That's what led me to Stevi at Brow Almighty. I followed many local permanent makeup artists on social media and I was truly impressed with Stevi's before/after photos. Her website was organized, detailed, and explained the process from before/after care to how to book. I was also happy to support a local, female-owned business. The price point was more than fair. I paid $600 for my powder brow session and tipped 20% (This was my choice, not required, but I believe tipping 20% or more is the norm for excellent service! Similar to what you would tip at a tattoo shop.). My follow-up visit 6 weeks later was included for no additional charge. Again, I tipped because I appreciate the artist's time and attention to detail. The salon is well decorated, spotless, in a very secure location, and all Covid precautions are followed. Stevi knows what she's doing and she was able to reassure me when I was hesitant about my brow look. I wanted to go conservative. But those fears were long gone as I saw how my brows healed. In my follow-up, I was ready to go for more, more, more! The color is perfection and blends well with my skin-tone and hair color. I don't know how but she created a look that I could never, ever achieve with makeup. No pencil, powder, or gel regardless of brand or shade has ever given me this type of natural, well shaped brow. I highly recommend Brow Almighty. Don't hesitate. It's SO worth it.
