I want to compliment the current manager and her staff for really cleaning up and organizing this location. Talk about a 360 from a year ago when first walking in to now. The aisles are no longer cluttered and you can actually walk through without feeling like you are going to knock into something or somebody. It even smells fresher! Note that this location shouldn't be confused or even compared to a dollar store/Dollar Tree as it has real products at good, typically lower prices. Would recommend a pop in to anyone looking for a good deal. My fan favorites are their toiletries/paper and kitchen bags and alumimin/plastic wraps and disposable party dishes/cutlery!

Shoutout to BJ's Farmingdale for having the cheapest gas prices around! At the time of this review,…read morethey are $3.69/gallon, which is even up to 20 cents per gallon cheaper than other BJ's on Long Island! The only other gas station I've found that competes with that is the Mobil in Hauppauge. At a time when the average gas prices on the island are roughly $4, if not slightly more, I'd be remiss not to give BJ's their props! Sure, you pay for a membership but often times, those are either reimbursed by one's job/credit card perks OR it at least pays for itself with all the bulk savings.

Whole Foods Market has more than 500 retail and non-retail locations in the US, Canada and UK --…read moreand even more stores in development. This Whole Foods Market location is in Huntington Shopping Center and there are plenty of parking spots. I came to return an Amazon item for free, without needing a box or label. I selected Whole Foods Dropoff when I started the return process online on Amazon. When I arrived at Whole Foods Market, the Amazon Customer Service desk for Pickup and Returns is to the right. I showed the staff member my QR code and they processed the item. The same day, I got my refund. This was a convenient and seamless process. Since I was already at Whole Foods Market, I had to walk around. The layout is very spacious. All the shelves were well stocked and staff were available.

I usually shop at Whole Foods Market for meat and poultry because they always look fresh--much…read morebetter than what I see at regular supermarkets. You can really taste the difference. The butchers here are experienced and take care in how they prepare the meat. The Whole Foods website also notes that their meats contain no antibiotics, added hormones, or radiation, which gives me peace of mind. One of my favorite things is that they do custom cuts, which is perfect for me as a single shopper. I love lamb, and they'll cut a leg of lamb into several portions and package them separately so I can pull out one chop at a time from the freezer. They'll even slice chicken breasts into strips so I can make homemade fajitas without extra prep work. They also grind beef fresh for me, which always impresses my guests at summer BBQs. Whole Foods offers USDA Prime, Choice, and Select meats--I prefer Prime and Choice because the marbling gives them much better flavor. Considering the quality, I find the prices for meat and poultry here reasonable. On top of that, my Amazon Prime membership gives me extra perks like 10% off sale items. I also like the convenience of paying with the palm scanner that links right to my debit card. The only negative is that this location (Melville) isn't as big as some others on Long Island, but it's the closest one to me, so I do not have to drive far to get quality meat and poultry.

I needed a refill on a prescription medication and she made sure she moved heaven and earth to get it done. I was undergoing a lot of anxiety because I ran out of my medication and she went above and beyond to help me. Caring people like this are hard to find in today's society. Renee is a kind, caring and wonderful pharmacist. I appreciated her so much that I called corporate to make sure they know what a wonderful employee they have. I hope she gets the accolades she deserves. Her kindness cheered someone up who was very sad tonight. She made me feel like I mattered.
