I've been to see Tim a few times for acupuncture. He's patient, calm, has a great sense of humor,…read moreand is very intuitive. All the things I want in an acupuncturist! As for results, I've had neck problems for ages, that lead to frequent headaches. After the first time I noticed significant improvement. I still wake up stiff sometimes, but the tension has not set back in to nearly the same degree. We're also working on some more complex issues, so I find it helpful that Tim is adaptable and always looking for ways to help a stubborn client like myself. The individual treatment rooms are very cozy and soothing, too (I haven't tried the group acupuncture).

(Funny thing is that I picked her because her last name is similar to mine, and we look somewhat related. Weird maybe? Yes.. but she's awesome!) I went today after not having acupuncture for over 6 months, and Nicole was so awesome! Really patient and calming, and I felt such a chill aura from her within the first few minutes that we met! Very trusting right off the bat!! She made me feel so calm, and also she does some neat things with sound that I can't even describe. Love her and can't wait to go back and see her next week! :) Thanks Nicole! xo

I've been struggling with arthritis and chronic pain in my hands for several years since I…read morerecovered from carpal tunnel syndrome. I've tried various treatments from western doctors, but they only seemed to treat the symptoms and not heal the core issue. So after seeing some government research on the effectiveness of acupunture for treating arthritis, I decided to give it a shot. First session and most of my pain went away for a few days. Before treatment, my pain was around a 6/10 constantly. After the first treatment, it went down to around 3/10. Pretty effective so far, but would it last? After about 2 weeks of treatment and herbal medicine, my pain levels dropped to around 3/10 consistently. The inflammation reduced a fair amount to the point where my hands weren't constantly swollen red all day. Since my condition was pretty severe I decided to get treatment for about 4 months, 1-2x a week, and doing physical therapy on the side to rebuild my hand strength. Now I can gladly say that I'm mostly pain and inflammation free in my hands. My hands are still a little weakened from overuse and there's some lingering soreness in my right hand, but my physical therapy is helping with that. I can actually lift weights again, which I'd go into relapse if I tried that before I began treatment. All the staff were always so friendly and accommodating to me. The clinic was very clean and aesthetically pleasing, with relaxing classical music playing in the background. If anyone's worried about dirty needles, I haven't caught anything besides the occasional minor bruising and swelling after sessions sometimes. But they all quickly healed in 2-3 days. My insurance covered costs, but even without insurance it still would cost less than western doctors with insurance. I would strongly recommend anyone suffering from arthritis to try out acupuncture and maybe do physical therapy as well. I thought I'd have to live like an 80 year old in my 20's forever, but I'm thankful for everyone at hopespring for helping my recovery.

She took the time to listen to my health concerns and get to know me so she could best serve me. It was an exceptional experience. When I called, the staff asked for my insurance information and confirmed that my Microsoft insurance covers 24 visits per year. They scheduled an appointment and assured me the clinic was in-network, so everything seemed straightforward. Unfortunately, my actual experience was extremely disappointing. At the front desk, I was greeted by a staff member (her name was Nura(?), per office manager). The very first thing she did was demand my credit card. I politely explained that I prefer to wait until my insurance processes the claim and then pay any remaining balance, if any--this has always been my standard practice. Given the prevalence of credit card fraud, I am not comfortable providing my card upfront. Moreover, this requirement was never disclosed to me prior to my visit. She insisted that I must provide a credit card. I calmly reiterated my position. At that point, she looked at me and said, "Why are you so STUPID?" I was shocked. Regardless of office policy, there is absolutely no justification for speaking to a patient in such a disrespectful and insulting manner. I responded that if I am considered "stupid," then this is clearly not the right place for me, and I was prepared to leave. When the doctor returned, I asked if I could briefly speak with them. The front desk staff aggressively intervened, stating that I had no right to speak to the doctor directly and that everything had to go through her. She repeatedly interrupted me and would not allow a normal conversation.Given the tension created by the front desk staff, it no longer made sense for the appointment to proceed. Both the doctor and I agreed that canceling the visit was a reasonable and appropriate solution. I specifically asked whether any cancellation fee would apply, as I had noticed a notice regarding such charges. The doctor clearly confirmed that no fee would be charged. At that point, I had had enough. When the office manager returned, I informed her that I would not proceed with the appointment and would not be returning to the clinic in the future. At 4:17pm,  I received a message stating, "Your appointment with Min Chen on Friday, April 10, 2026 at 4:00 PM was canceled by yourself." The wording of this message was both inaccurate and concerning, as it seemed to deliberately frame the situation in a way that could shift responsibility onto me. However, the conduct of the front desk raised serious concerns. It appeared that their actions were aimed at creating a record that could later be used to justify a cancellation charge, despite the circumstances being beyond my control. This experience was unacceptable. One individual's behavior completely undermined the professionalism of the entire clinic. I would strongly caution others against coming here--encountering such hostility and disrespect is simply not worth it.

A wonderful experience from Caitlin on my first experience with acupuncture. Caitlin took the time…read moreto complete a through medical / health intake at the start of the session and then explained in detail what she was doing and why she was doing it. The process of the acupuncture needles to my surprise did not have any pain- I could barely feel the needles. Following the needles being in the back from about 20 minutes, Caitlin explained the benefits of cupping and what to expect during the treatment and after. The cupping treatment was uncomfortable at first but then moved to a relaxing state. Caitlin was not high pressure on trying to get return visits- but did explain the benefit in doing so. She was very personable, welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend seeing Caitlin if you have never experienced acupuncture before or if you are looking for a provider who will give you dedicated time and who shows they care about your health.

I have recommended this place to so many people, but sadly their weird management team has run off…read morethe best people and I now recommend Sage Med instead. To save money, Jade Spring got rid of their higher paid staff. They got rid of the very best masseuse who was loyal to them for about a decade. After she left, I started seeing a different gal who was okay but not nearly as great as Ivy. She also shorted me time which was unprofessional sign #1. I was dressed and in my car 4 minutes before my massage was supposed to be finished. I asked her about it and she confirmed it was supposed to be the full hour and did give me a full hour for my next treatment. In order to use my benefits before they expired, I made weekly appts at 6:45am. I was rightfully charged $80 for missing an appt while I was still getting used to that appt time; Anyhow, I paid the fee, plus I gave the masseuse $20 for her missed tip. That's a reflection of who I am. Last week, I got a vague text with no explanation at 5:30 am telling me they were canceling my 6:45am appt. I asked when we could make it up, because my benefits ran out at the end of the year. She informed me that it would not be possible because they are just too busy. (Hint: they don't need your business). I told her that I was upset that she was okay with canceling last minute when I paid the missed fee + left a tip when I missed my appt. And she said she was sorry that I felt that way. That woman apologized for MY feelings! That's a reflection of who they are. Later that day, I got a call from the owner who said that if my missed appt was an emergency they would refund my money. I didn't bother returning her call. I know where to find the masseuse, Ivy, who is WAY better! And for a naturopath, Sage Med beats this place.

I'm deeply grateful for the team there, and specifically Dr. Chase Waldrup, my sports chiropractor, and Kasey Black and Taunie Leal, my physical therapists, who never gave up trying to determine the root cause of my issue and help me solve it. Along this journey an MRI revealed the underlying compressed disk on a nerve root that was causing most of my symptoms/pain. Yet I wasn't told to sit down, stop training or accept the pain, they just took it one day, one adjustment, one treatment and one exercise at a time...and their team had constant discussions between all the offered modalities/practitioners available at Vida till we found our pathway together (massage, PT, acupuncture, chiropractic, nutrition AND naturopathic medicine...I used them all during this process). Every step along the way we had one ultimate focus in mind...how can I get back to being pain-free and in OPTIMAL health (so I can get back to being an pain-free athlete again)?!? Together we did it! The craziest part is all of those services are in ONE PLACE, Vida Integrated Health in Kirkland. No egos, just collective care for the full human. Vida is the most positive, nurturing, encouraging and collaborative group I have ever been a part of. If you live in a Puget Sound area, you need to check them out! They will change your life!
