There's a very small seating area to wait for your service, next to a busy hallway. Additionally, I had a service booked and my guest got sick. They still continued to try to charge me a "fee" even though I had the courtesy to cancel ahead of time. They suggested I bring my sick guest and for the guest to wear a mask during the service. Be aware that they will try to charge you no matter the circumstance, should you need to cancel. I would not recommend spending your money here, you're better off going elsewhere, with more understanding service.

Every time we saw Lucas throughout our stay, he was just as genuine, compassionate, and eager to help. You can tell he truly cares about people. Jobel at the front desk was equally incredible. Knowing our situation, she arranged an early check-in and even upgraded us to a beautiful penthouse room so my father and my energetic six-year-old son would have more space and comfort. Her patience, professionalism, and kindness made an overwhelming situation so much easier. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The lobby is elegant, welcoming, and feels more like a luxury resort than your typical hotel. Our room was beautiful, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and I loved how the microwave and refrigerator were hidden away to keep the room looking upscale. The indoor heated pool was perfect for my son, and the game room was a wonderful bonus. And Marco Polo's Restaurant... WOW! Every meal was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The room was beautifully set up when we arrived. The tables, chairs, linens, and tabletop decorations were all arranged perfectly and looked fantastic. Erin, the Events Manager, was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and was also present on the day of the event, making sure everything ran smoothly. Renting a private event space on a Friday night is never inexpensive, but we found the Viana to be very reasonably priced, especially for 2026. We hosted over 60 guests along with our DJ, Joe from On Fire DJs, and the room felt like the perfect size. There was plenty of space for dining and socializing, while still keeping a great party atmosphere. The dance floor was packed all night with high school graduates having an amazing time. The staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to load and unload our balloons, signs, and decorations through the back entrance, which made setup and cleanup so much easier. The food deserves special recognition. Everything tasted fresh and made-to-order rather than prepared hours in advance. The appetizers were hot, crispy, and delicious. The chicken was incredibly juicy and tender. Throughout both the cocktail hour and dinner buffet, guests kept going back for seconds and even thirds. Nearly every plate was cleaned. The dessert selection was equally impressive, with a variety of cakes, pastries, coffee, and tea that gave everyone plenty of options to finish the evening on a high note. It seemed like they had all upgraded tools such as a Japanese toilet heated toilet, what looks like a Dyson hair dryer when drying my hair, and pods in some of the rooms I peeked into which looked fancy and brand new. For my scalp cleanse, they had the little ring that sprayed water over my head and steamed my entire head. As a bonus side effect, it also steams your face. They offered complimentary drinks and chips. I didn't get any but the choices were sparkling water and coffee I believe. It was definitely worth the money to come, even if I didn't get a Groupon. I would come back again for a monthly refresh as they really got into my scalp and scrubbed me so clean it felt like my scalp got its teeth brushed.
