I frequent here often, so much to wear the manager at one point, was so gracious to fix my order and said that he remembers that I am a frequent patron here at this location. I greeted Her with a polite, hello and told her I was just here to pick up my mobile order and she Was very cold and rude with her response. No "thank you" , just, "it's at the next window". When I got to the next window, she opened up the window, handed it to me and shut the window on me without even allowing me one second to say thank you. Specifically, this was the young lady who had the two braided pigtails and the black bandanna. I actually wouldn't Mind telling her that I hope she has a better day because her attitude is absolutely offputting. Was even interested in leaving the wonderful barista's a tip, but she didn't even give me a chance as she shut the window on me. I am sort of shocked being as though this location, I've only had one bad experience with one of the barista's and I never wrote anything on it, because I love the location so much. Another person had some comments about "white people." After getting the food I was afraid to eat it for obvious reasons. I also had them replace my drink since the ice melted.
