Indeed, the problem is not on the availability of parking slots, but rather on finding one that's reasonably priced. Anyway, one popular parking lot in the area is Paseo Center Parking. This is an open-space lot but you can be assured that your vehicle will be safe because security is pretty strict. Roving guards are present all the time. The parking lot is also open every day. The only downside to this place is its rates. If you park here on a Sunday, you only pay a flat rate of PHP 50.00. But from Mondays to Saturdays, rate for the first two hours is PHP 40.00. This is fair if you just stay within the allotted time. But staying longer than two hours could cost you an arm and a leg because you'll be charged an additional PHP 40.00 for every succeeding hour and a fraction thereof. One Saturday, my brother parked there for around nine hours and he had to pay more than PHP 300.00!

There is a food court on the top floor, many bars and restaurants, and it's less formal than going out to a fine dining restaurant. You can sit back after a day of sightseeing or just relax while strolling around or whatever you would like while on leisure. I got groceries and Starbucks at this place every day, and when looking for a haircut, I found one of the best barbers in Makati here too. It's always busy and milling with people but it always feels airy, open but elegant. There's always a sense of grandeur somehow when you walk through the doors, which is fitting because RCBC Plaza is home to many big companies and embassies like the Canadian Embassy, German Embassy, Australian Embassy, the South African Embassy and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office. The Yuchengco Institute for Advanced Studies also operates here; this is where De La Salle University - Manila offers its MBA courses. I used to work at RCBC Plaza and two of the things I liked the best are the nicely done elevators and the hot pan de sal I can get from Pan de Manila when it's breaktime. Aside from these, they also have a lot of amenities that are top notch. They have a 7 level parking basement which surprisingly gets filled up most days, especially during rush hour. There's also a Fitness First Platinum here, a food court, a used bookshop, restaurants and a convenience store. Sometimes, there are plays which are held at the 450 seat Carlos Romulo Auditorium. It's a great place to work!
