I gave them a 2 because the 1st guy I dealt with when I 1st went to this store was cool but the old man that was there today smh tried to buy some stuff then he got mad because I said I ain't want something and then told me I want that u have to pay well for that comment because it was rude the way he said it I went to asylum where for the money he was trying to charge me I got way more for my buck and the piece I wanted I got for free because I bought the thing I needed and it came for free because I didn't need the other piece where this guy also wanted to charge me $30 for that piece also guess he lost out on that money I spent today and he will never get a chance to get my business ever again I will do without b4 that play get a penny from me read more

The customer service is superior to the neighboring shops, especially because the manager makes your visit a personal experience. The staff is knowledgeable about the products offered and can really help someone who is not sure what it is she is looking for. For those who know exactly what they want, just ask and you shall receive. In all respects, the service is bar none. I came in for some new glass and a new vape and I left with 2 new vapes and 3 new pieces of glass! The prices are super, the brands offered are top notch, and it is a clean shop. Very rude old man. I went in there looking for Vape Pods and juice. I usually pay $13 for the pods and 16-$18 for juice at any other vape/smoke shop. The pods here were $22 and change and when I asked why they were so much.. he screamed at me to get out. I had a good laugh. I'll never be back to this shop. read more
