I only used this once, since I now make my next appointment at the time of service, but it was really useful, and the automated system sends me appointment reminders and receipts. Finally, she's absolutely lovely. While she's taking care of you, she's easy to visit with, and you'll love her voice and her laugh. It makes the time go by faster and makes an awkward situation seem less so. Pro Tip: Tip your waxer more than 20%. Really people. And, if at all possible, cash is best. She'll appreciate it, and you'll appreciate her so much, you'll want to take good care of her.
