There is limited parking available below the building, though enough for someone such as I that is in-and-out within an hour. It's about $1 per 30 minutes. Fair rate. If you want to pay a meter for less, there are 4 stalls along the front of the building for use, though good luck getting them; they're always full. Then along the backside of the building near Sam's Club, there are ample meter parking stalls along the street.
There is a small market in the building which, in my opinion, is only for building residents to get a soda or snack. They have lunch plates though everything in this mini-market is way over priced. If you don't need it immediately, wait for somewhere else.
There are 4 elevators and relatively fast. I can understand the point of keeping a restroom locked to m control over who is using it and not to become a second home for bums. Still, I would like to see paper towels in the room so I don't have to touch the doorknob to exit the room. Additionally, I would like to see a working soap dispenser. read more
