I was offered a partial from refund from "Ryan" to help pay for the installation costs and was told it would take a few days to be processed. It's been about a week now waiting to see the refund. Nonetheless, problems occurred, the company resolved the issue and I am getting a partial refund. That's about all you can ask for when mistakes happen. The shed turned out great and I get a ton of compliments from friends and family.
