I recently saw a negative review supposedly written from google review by a so-called doctor, who harshly criticized the shop for offering a low price for gold. It's shameful for someone with such a background to use his voice to curse a small business owner who is simply trying to earn a living. Is it really appropriate to make such hurtful statements? From my understanding of the jewelry market, buyback prices are typically lower than the market rate due to various costs. I simply asked about the buyback price for a ring and was offered around 20% of the original price, which is completely normal in the industry. Carol runs this shop by herself, and she deserves support, not disparagement. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and there's even an adorable, chubby dog that made my visit even more pleasant.
