I heard about RedCap from Brenda P. and Glenn G. when I asked how they partied in Miami when living in the 954. Basically this company will send a driver to your location, and drive you in your car to either your home or a nearby 24 hour restaurant to get some carbs in your system. Similar to the other car sharing companies I've used, my driver (Jack Topel) was friendly and a great conversationalist as well as very punctual. He arrived at the party site a little before the scheduled appointment, and waited an extra 15 minutes when the event ran over the scheduled time. Between that service, and avoiding a weekend under unpleasant circumstances, I would have to say RedCap is very much worth the price!

Redcap is not inexpensive, but is is less than taking a round trip taxi service - and certainly less than a DUI. Where is gets really costly is when you keep the driver after hours. I recommend taking a big car, that fits 6 - and splitting the cost among everyone. That way the $35 cost to the beach costs only a fraction of that. I will be as transparent with all the details since i know they read these. I was quoted $1154 for the base (cheapest paint) with a few added parts that I brought to replace and a dent on the rear and choose the no warranty option. Grated I've had a car painted by them and came out OK. Please do your research and get multiple quotes from different places and don't give up and settle for this place. I'll start with the only good part of my experience which was the office staff. They are all great people and don't deserve the crap work that comes out of this place. Now the bad. I dropped off the car and took a little over a week to get back. Expecting that they had extra time to work on the car it should've came out good.... Boy was i wrong.... Not sure if this is on purpose but they tend to give you the car dirty and really cant see any imperfections till it's washed. Once i washed it the first time i noticed everything wrong. I will add pictures (some other damages like drips and incorrect tapping not pictured) but to not make this review so long lets say i ended up taking the car back 2 extra times to get repairs and had to take ubers every time also with gas driving to the location totaled over $150 and nothing was offered other than to just make the repairs. At this point the car still looks like trash, dull, orange peel, stains, and marks everywhere. They will paint parts that were not supposed to be painted and there solution is "oh we can paint it with matt black" and the lack of proper prep work(taping and covering)is insane. I don't know who they get to work on these cars but a 5 year old can do be better job. At this point. I probably would've been better off wrapping the car. Please avoid this place!

I've used and recommended this service in the past but my last trip will be my last with this…read moreservice. I booked a trip from my hotel Sunday 11/16/25 to be taken to port Everglades. The hotel pick up did not happen at the time selected. Instead I had to cancel after an hour of lateness and I found other means to be taken to the port. There was no communication with me about the lateness, I called twice. Once after a half hour lateness, where I was directed to the driver directly. He informed me he would be at my hotel in 15 minutes or more likely less time. He did not show up. After another half hour I cancelled. I asked about a refund for the missed leg of my trip and I was told a manager would reach out to me. That has yet to happen. I tried contacting all star through the website and the message stated I would receive a response within 24-48 hours. I have not received a response yet. I also tried emailing them and have not received a response as of this writing. The satisfaction guarantee on their website means nothing. Buyer be ware. Update... I was contacted 12/2/25 and provided a refund.

Bus 47 picked me up from the airport to drop off at Cambria hotel on a Sunday afternoon…read more I was waiting for other passengers when no one waited for me when I called upon landing to schedule pick up. I was the only drop off for my destination. What really earned this experience 2 stars is the driver saying "You know we do accept tips here" as I was adjusting my suitcases. Tip culture is out of hand. This service is complimentary to the hotel I booked. I actually didn't have cash on me. To feel pressured to tip does not sit well with me. I gave my last two ones I had and he seemed ungrateful after the soft begging for a tip. Luckily I won't be needing or using this service again.
