At the brewery, you order at the bar and pick your own seat. They have an ample beer and food selection. They also have a small selection of non-alcoholic beverages. They are dog friendly. Hillman brewery has tons of seating and has a lovely outdoor patio along the creek that runs next to the brewery. I had their kombucha and my husband had their beer. We both enjoyed our drinks. A lot of people complain about their food, but I'm not sure why because all my experiences were great. I never experienced staff that were bad... I'd say perhaps I just hit them on good days but I went so many times and didn't have a bad experience, I'm not exactly sure what the complainers were going on about. The next time I get a sub from there I'll update the review and post a pic.
