Avoid This Place at All Costs…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. Took my truck in for what should've been a straightforward tire job, and it turned into a 3.5-hour nightmare. First, they installed balancing beads instead of properly balancing the tires. Now my truck wobbles so bad it's unsafe to drive. Second, they didn't even put on the tires I ordered--they used something completely different. Different brand, different specs, just wrong. To make things worse, they scratched all four of my rims. Not small scuffs--noticeable, careless damage. They also tried to take a tire off my trailer and couldn't even get it off the rim. I had to watch them struggle and fail while my whole afternoon was wasted. No professionalism, no attention to detail, and clearly no idea what they're doing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Randy and Gary have always taken excellent care of us. Anything from a routine oil change to major engine and transmission repair. They can even match or beat the lower tire prices around town on most occasions, and I feel more comfortable here, because it is a professional atmosphere, you receive an estimate up front, and they have a corporate headquarters to stand behind the work and product. The customer service is amazing as well. I know they care about how they are putting myself and my children back out on the road in our vehicles!
