I purchased a car from here less than 5 months ago and it's been in the shop twice. Tried to call and talk with them but they wanted to plead negligence. This was an absolutely wonderful experience. I called in and spoke with the owners asking what time they closed. They told me 5:30 PM, and I let them know that I probably couldn't get there till 5:45 and could swing by the next day. To my pleasant surprise, they call me back 30 seconds later saying go ahead and come in. We will take care of you. I arrive and was greeted by the owners. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place! I called 45 minutes before they closed in a panic and bind. The sweet receptionist was so kind and helpful. I drove over and unfortunately my car didn't pass the first time. She told me to drive down 99 and that she will wait, after hours, to read my car to see if it will pass in the morning. When I got back, 25 minutes after they closed, she came out and read it. It was reading passing so she turned on the machine and passed! Good customer service and quick to get done. However they now charge you an extra dollar for credit card transactions which is new, I've been coming here for years and not had that charge. So bring cash. read more

Since my last review was from 2014, I suppose it's time for an update. Since I last visited this place has completely remodeled the waiting area. It's much larger now and looks great. It's good to see the prices have stayed nearly the same. For some reason California chose my car, which has never failed a smog, to have one done at a Star smog station only, which Quick Smog is. This took a little bit longer and cost $25 more than a normal smog, which is fair. I believe there was one person ahead of me and I was there for about 25 minutes. It's also nice to see the same people, the husband and wife team, working there. Very friendly people. read more

They truly live up to the name. I pulled up and was discouraged that there were a lot of cars around but a woman met me before I got inside, and took my dmv form and said have a seat. 10-15 min later I was on my way.
