(Btw, mask/no mask isn't the issue, it's the way I'm being spoken to, the rudeness behind the comment) lol just one example. Just not friendly, not engaging at all. I've seen him chop it up with other customers which makes me think he just doesn't like me lol. One time Chewy and I did get into an argument over something I purchased. It was a while ago. I don't remember the details. Oh well. Maybe I should've wrote this review then lol. And in all, Liam and rest of staff is great. So helpful knowledgeable and kind. Chewy (Chili?) on the other hand, really shouldn't have a customer-facing role in the company. Doesn't seem to have the personality/awareness for customer service. For me, I really care about customer service so I don't come here as often, I take my business somewhere else. I go to create-a-cig for vape stuff across the street, and for other products I visit Cozy Cannabis (friendliest staff IMO).
