It's a great place overall, especially the selection and quality of the vapes. I've been about four times. The young lady on the left is always really friendly, helpful, and has great customer service. The young lady on the right has been the complete opposite in my experience. She doesn't really greet me, the interaction feels kind of quiet and awkward, and there's no real effort to make conversation or ask if you need help. I often feel rushed when I'm there. I've also noticed the owner will step in sometimes to greet or talk during my transactions with her, which makes the difference in customer service stand out even more. On my last visit, my significant other asked for an item and she grabbed it, then immediately went to the register even though I was still looking at the vapes. He had to tell her we weren't done looking yet. It felt like we were being rushed instead of being able to finish shopping. read more

We're new to Temple but have made Valour Vapor our vape shop. We're loyal customers. First and foremost, the staff is incredible. They're knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. Secondly they have a selection like Ive never seen before. My only gripe is I wish they were open just a tad bit later. read more

I've left fangirl reviews about this vape shop before, but feel it's time for another one. Regardless if you go in every other day or only once a month, they know you when you walk in. Everyone is AMAZING and cheerful! Their prices are fair and they have a massive selection of EVERYTHING. I wish I could drag customers from other local shops to their front door, they'd never go anywhere else. Man, this place is just the best. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone there has gone above and beyond to help correct a situation that wasn't even their fault. It was a bumpy road but as soon as Don caught wind of it the problem was solved and then some immediately. Preston and Jamie both deserve a huge thanks for going above and beyond as well. I'm a customer for life, if I'm in central Texas I'll be a patron to Valour. Thanks guys. read more

Been going here for about 2 years and really feel like family. Preston is awesome and is always the go to if your unfamiliar. He always points you in the right direction. Great service and best of all a great warranty plan for the store (a lot of shops do not offer a 7 day return policy). One of the best selections in central Texas for all of your smoking needs. Their prices are excellent compared to other shops in the area and last but not least everyone always greets as u walk into the door. read more

We moved here from Cali and tried several shops. Some even promising to order the juice I prefer. After 3 months of playing games with another shop we decided to try Valour. This place is amazing!!! He already carries the juice and ordered my husbands. He didn't wait a few months, he did it right away. Plus, when he found out I was ordering online from our shop in Cali he said I could I have the same deal with him if I continue to purchase. The owner is super friendly and aims to please the customer. This is the vape shop in Temple we use now!!! read more

Words cannot describe this amazing vape shop! The owner is beyond amazing! He took the time to get to know me personally and to make sure I was doing ok. We must've talked for 45 minutes. The store is simply amazing and second to none! I travel out of my way just to come to this location. Sure- there are MANY other vape shops- but there are NONE like this one! I will go no where else besides this place! It's clean, attractive and well laid out! Jeremiah knows exactly what he's doing and he does it with such professionalism. To be honest folks, why in the world would you go anywhere else?! This place is the shit!
