I've been helped by about 4 different girls over the last few months. I must say, they are incredibly sweet and so helpful. They knew I didn't know much. They stepped up and I went home with some great products and flavors of vape juice. The shop is well organized and makes my little OCD heart very happy. It's clean and smells good when you walk in. Everyone always has a smile and so willing to help. If they don't have what you want they will offer to find it. It's a really awesome little shop. Since I haven't gone to other vape shops I don't have a way to compare but they seem very reasonable. The girls who are just so awesome make it worth it. Great place!

I stopped in the shop, and they let me take two different types of coils with me because I was unsure of which one I needed. I brought back the unnecessary coil, but the fact that they put that much faith in me warmed my heart. I also purchased some CBD gummies from them. The peach rings were amazing. But the Rainbow strips are phenomenal. They have a small sour kick to them. I just have to tell myself that they are not candy I can eat Willy billy, they are that good. I can't wait to try the CBD sleep capsules I bought. All in all, I got everything for a decent price.

Review for Salado Smoke Shop CLOUD NATION Rating:…read more If you're passing through or live anywhere near Salado, you have to stop by this shop! It is hands-down the best spot in the area. The selection is top-tier, and the shop is always clean and well-organized, but what truly sets this place apart is the owner, Sammy. He is absolutely wonderful! It's rare to find an owner who genuinely cares about his customers the way he does. Sammy is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never makes you feel rushed. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, he greets you with a smile and makes sure you leave with exactly what you need. It's that kind of local, personalized service that you just don't find at the big chains. Support local and go see Sammy--you won't regret it! - Stacie Swindoll-

There are a few things I look for when I walk into a place where I already KNOW I'm about to ask 47…read morequestions... good service, people who actually know what they're talking about, and of course, a bargain. Well, this place nailed all three! And the duo working there? If they aren't married, they probably should be because they worked together like a well-oiled machine! Between the two of them, they had an impressive amount of knowledge about a little bit of everything. They answered every question I threw at them, were genuinely helpful, and somehow made the whole experience FUN. Honestly, after a while I felt like I should just pull up a chair, clock in, and hang out with them. They made me feel less like a customer and more like I was just one of the gang, and that kind of welcome is something you remember. So if those two happen to read this: THANK YOU for your patience, your knowledge, the laughs, and most of all, for making me feel completely welcome and at ease. Y'all are exactly what great customer service is supposed to feel like.
