So I've been here a handful if times and each time the customer service is pretty much nonexistent. This time when I went in, one worker was lying on the couch with their iPad and the other was behind the register playing on her phone. When I came in, there was no greeting, just a "What do you need?" Told the clerk what I needed. She told me the amount and took my card. I didn't get a chance to double check what she gave me and I should have since last time, I received the wrong item. And guess what? Wrong item again. I kept coming back because I was hoping they could redeem themselves and they are cheaper than most places, but what's the point when they can't even nail the basic greeting of hello. So today was the last time I'm walking through those doors. read more

Been buying here for a couple of years, juice is decent but hit and miss on inventory and accuracy of appliance component suggestions. (When they're out of my mod's coils, they sell me ones that don't work, yay). But today was my last time to shop there. Every single customer was wearing a mask, but the asshat behind the counter was vaping away without one, blowing his germs onto every surface. Disgusting and so very rude. I'm beyond pissed off. This is the first Vape Shop in ALL of TX that I haven't felt assaulted by clouds when I walked in. The customer service here was excellent and when I asked questions the two folks at the counter treated me with respect and created an immediate connection. All the items on sale were displayed nicely in the glass cases and easily identifiable. And the prices were quite reasonable. A nice little place to come get your vaping needs. read more

I was VERY impressed with this Vape Shop. I'm just passing through Ft. Hood, but I met Carlos there, and the man was extremely helpful and courteous. The guy knows his stuff and is a patient person (there was another customer he was helping and having to explain pretty much everything). I would recommend Great Vapes to ANYONE!!!! Hands down, 5 stars for selection and for customer service as well. If you need something, remember: Ask for Carlos. 2nd visit here and 2nd juice I've tried. It's just not doing it for me. The flavor is just lacking. "The Box" is kinda gross. Too much going on there. So I've decided to try the candy flavors. "Rainbow Warrior" has hardly any flavor. I wanted to try your Premium just but your employees say that it all sucks and that your establishment is known for your homemade juice. Also Alpha male in your shop is kinda rude too. Always gives me dirty looks and doesn't even say a word to me. The other guys are cool AF though. Great vape was terrible. They did nothing but make smart ass comment towards me. The guy there waited till I left the building till they said I had to be in a high chair next time I came in.
