Had the first and worst interaction and experience with GARTH ROAD CLEANERS it's the worst place…read moreever, went in to grab our clothes and the owner and his mom said they can't find it that maybe they took it over to another shop and to give them 10 minutes to figure it out, my mother and I said okay and he started asking us what colors and sizes and I was like wouldn't you know that if you took our clothes... we gave them a description of the clothes and they said we only had brought them 4 shirts and 1 pair of jeans (FR work Clothes) but we took in 8 jeans and 7 shirts and when I told them that the mom of the owner started screaming saying that we should've looked at the ticket and how many items were listed on there even though they didn't write it on the ticket they gave to us which wasn't the usual ticket like when they were under other management... they also said that they aren't responsible for the missing clothes and they could give us store credit... (let me take more clothes for them to loose it again... what a Joke!) I told the guy to maybe look at the cameras to see that it was that many items and to see the colors and all and he said "I would but I'm busy and I'll get to it when I want" and laughed... he started getting mad and his mom too then he said you know what yall can leave my store and started talking about me and my moms appearance and called the cops.. the owner had to push his mom back due to the fact she was getting in my face and that's okay because again as long as she didn't touch me I'm good because again we know that they are in the wrong so I'm not going to leave when they have my clothes. The ladies in the back came up to speak to my mother and told her to give them a second and they would personally find them for us.. when a older lady came from out back she said she knew what happened and that they had another person under the same name and she brought out shirts to the front then the owner FIRED her since again he told me he "never makes mistakes" so when he was shown his mistake he got upset and told her to get her keys and to leave because she was fired. If anything the lady helped him find the problem and he could've said "my bad, here's your clothes " or something. The police arrived we explained to them our side just like the owners did and tried to help get our clothes back. The owner said these fattys aren't getting their clothes back and took them to the back. The owners made several comments about my mother and I and was telling us to leave and he wasn't going to do nothing for us anymore. Police came to an agreement and supposedly they would call us to pick it all up and if not to take them to court. All I wanted was my clothes.. no need for the comments or screaming. Another man was in there and saw everything and told us look and showed us how he had picked up his clothes and had a pair of someone else's jeans. My point exactly!! They are unprofessional, unorganized and disrespectful. I went to leave a review online just to see this has happened to MULTIPLE people! Please don't go there, they will loose your clothes !!!

It is next to its sister business Pipeline Grill, from which you can order food from as well. There are large washing machines at the entrance and these bad boys look like they can wash 3 weeks worth of clothes in one wash. These are $8.00 to use. The smaller units took a $1.50 to get going and this is what we chose. Do bring your own detergent and dryer sheets. If you don't you can purchase here as well. Now on to the food and beverage, There is a counter at the front with a soda fountain and beer cooler. Most of your domestics and some imports can be purchased. I went with Dos XX and Tecate. It was $7.58 with the tax for both beers not too bad. As far as food is concerned go next door and place your order to go and just let them know you are next door and they will bring it to you. I ordered the small fried pickles and the trashcan chips which are actually nachos. Upon receiving the orders I found 2 things that were a bit annoying. The ranch dressing was packed in the same box as the hot out of the fryer pickles. This needs to be separated and kept cold. Secondly the trashcan chops were deconstructed? These are not served this way in the restaurant so why would you pack it like this to go especially if we are just next door? Besides the food mishap my experience washing clothes was painless and would gladly wash and dry here again.

If any mistake is done by the company, the employees are very helpful and will take them again for a redo without any cost. Also, if any item goes missing the manager is very thoughtful on checking what it went wrong, and will make a refund if it was their mistake!
