It is walking distance from my home and it is open 24/7 which makes it extremely convenient for me to do some quick shopping. As my husband and I were headed out to go to school the other day and our garage wouldn't open. The battery in the pin pad was dead! Ok so we will just use our garage opener....nope. That was of course in our car, which was in the garage. I began having a mini heart attack because naturally I had an exam that day and now I was either going to miss it or be extremely late. Then we remembered Walgreens! We ran as fast as we could over there. A very nice employee pointed us to the exact battery we needed, and we were in and out within two minutes! Plus, I got a second back up battery for free thanks to my Walgreens Wellness card (which is completely free and easy to sign up for, I highly recommend it. You'll save big bucks)! So we got in our garage and all was well. We just took a trip over there tonight because we didn't gave any sweets in our house so we raided the Walgreens candy and frozen section. Single serve cheesecakes, Charleston chews, and skittles. Mmm! I also use their photo department every time I need pics developed. They are so easy to upload onto the website from home, so cheap to develop, and so quick to pick up. Although it says an hour, I can usually get them in under an hour. It's really great. The store is always really clean and neatly organized. They have a full staff available at all times and they are always polite and willing to help in any way. I've used the pharmacy once and they were also really great. I will continue to happily frequent this walgreens!

Before that we had been walking around the store for a bit, we discovered that most of the products on the dairy shelf were all products from a different organization. The barcode of the goods were covered with a price tag. The man was also trying to take advantage of minors (me and my friend) by trying to scam us into buying more items. Overall, this was a bad experience. I would not come back here again.

I finally took initiative because I had my kid in the car and just put it in the drive and drove out some sweet bystander was guiding us out and asking us if we're OK because she said one of her friends was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance because her car flipped around inside the car wash and it crashed it on her. Gates were closed, yet some lady was behind the counter. I gave the benefit of the doubt when i politely asked if and what time they would reopen, or if they were closed. the red signs on the wall in front of where i was standing (from the angle I was at) shows open from 8am-8pm most days. It was 12:40. I did NOT see the monitor to the left that shows they are closed from 12:30-1pm. honest mistake on my part, but to completely ignore someone genuinely asking a question... looking in my direction at me, and NOT respond at all, is beyond rude. some folks would slap this little girl for that, but Im not on that type of time. My point is, What if i someone was illiterate, and could not read? What if someone genuinely does not see a monitor that's positioned off from the direction of the pharmacy gate, such as myself? So i went to the front and politely asked the clerk if the pharmacist was deaf (to give zara some grace) The clerk at the front responds, "no", as i follow up with why I asked that to begin with. To my surprise, as I walk back towards the pharmacy to ask again, she's mouthing off about me asking if she was deaf to some counter part she's on the phone with... how are you so confident to be yapping like that behind a closed gate, like you wont open back up in 15 minutes? You dont know what kind of mood people may be in, or what they are willing to do because of your lack of acknowledgement and respect. I stepped out of my character...being self effacing, I did call her out her name for not being able to easily respond or even point in the direction of the sign (which again, i did not see until going back to the gate after asking the register lady if this zara chick is deaf. I can admit where Im wrong. I can own where I messed up, but this is the person thats in charge of dispensing medication to people?! ‍ who raised you?! yapping behind a closed gate like you're in high school. Parents definitely should've Beat you more as a child because your Bedside manner is beyond horrible. you should not be working with people and definitely should not be in charge of dispensing medications at that station on your own. She went in to grab some detergent on sale, and as soon as we got to the register, the cashier--Mahendra, an older Indian man--called his manager over, claiming he needed approval for the purchase. He then said, "you people come in and buy all the detergent on sale to resell it." My sister immediately confronted him, asking, "Who is 'you people'?" He then claimed she wasn't buying the detergent for her home. How does he think he knows what someone's purchasing it for? She had 4 Tide, 4 Gain, and 4 fabric softeners because they were 4/$10--perfectly within the sale limits. When the manager arrived, even she seemed taken aback by his comments. She ended up ringing us up herself because she clearly didn't agree with what he said. If this hadn't been the third Walgreens we'd visited (since the others were sold out), we would've left everything right there. It's outrageous for our money to go to a store where we're treated like this. As soon as we left, my sister called corporate to file a complaint against Mahendra. This kind of racial profiling and disrespect cannot be tolerated.

Beautiful day went in for an ice cream with my service dog. Met with surly "you can't bring in your…read morepet." I explained he was a service animal, told we don't allow them in the store. Individual stated he wasn't marked as service dog, explained not required. My attempt to educate fell on deaf ears and was told he couldn't come in again. He's accompanied me in several times into the pantry without any problem. I left with one last statement; you cannot turn him away without opening yourself up to a federal lawsuit. Angry and disappointed.
