Home goods were not all in one place and kids items were located in a few areas which made it difficult for shopping. The store was clean and the prices were good yet they don't have any clearance items yet. The checkout line was very long and took way too long to check out because people who were making returns were in the same line and their transactions were very slow. There were only two registers open and they were also training new employees whish added to the delay. There is no customer service counter either. The parking lot flow is one way only which makes the line to get out of the plaza ridiculous.

This is hands down THE WORST Ross I've ever been to. They had maybe one item in only one size so if I found a sweatshirt, it would only be available in XXL and only 1 in the whole store. If I found sweatpants, they would be in some weird horrific color like brownish purple (YES THATS THE ONLY WAY I CAN DESCRIBE THE COLOR) and of course there was no color sweatshirt that looked good with them. This Ross is also smaller on the inside and everything looked like trash with nappy balls on some items, rips in others. Some items were dirty or stained and they barely had a clearance section. No need to return here, its as if this Ross gets the last of the inventory after all the other stores are stocked.
