worst customer service ever! i went into the store maybe 3-4 weeks ago to purchase a rough country lift kit for my Toyota pickup truck. i was very or extremely specific with Ed about making sure he ordered the correct lift kit. the kit arrived and i had a professional certified mechanic instal the kit. after the kit was was installed, it was obvious that the front end was much higher then the rear. i called ed to try and make since of this, which only ended up in ed and the owner brushing it off like there was nothing they can do to fix the problem. as a customer purchasing a very expensive product, i would only assume or expect for them to be professional and helpful, not sarcastic and rude or laughing at me when i suggest options for them to make up for the loss of money that i had to pay out to the mechanic for installing and REinstalling the new parts, which was their mistake. for those reading this review, my best recommendation is to go online and order parts directly through the manufacture themselves because all group 4x4 does is sit in front of the computer and do what u can do. 4x4 group are not professional off road mechanics and they know very little to nothing about off roading and off roading parts. read more
