They are quick to pick up the phone and answer questions. I am not a fan of the website as it can be a bit of a mess trying to find a part. I think most salvage yards sites are like that, however. They have an ever-changing stock so it never hurts to check back and see what they get in. It is located in a very easy to get to area and close enough to the pike that getting there is fast enough. Truly if you need a part give them a jingle and toss the dice.

This Napa seems to be well organized, clean, and easy to get in and out of (their parking lot that is). There are 3 different auto parts stores on the 302 (Roosevelt Trail) stretch of Windham. Apparently, Windham repairs cars like crazy! O'Reilly Auto Parts and Advance Auto Parts are the other two stores. I tried Advance first and it was closed on the dot at 7. It's awesome that Napa is open later than that for us late workers.

Even going in person it takes about half an hour for anyone to even come to the desk. Appointments are how to do it, but since the phone is hardly ever answered it's almost impossible to make one, unless you want to go in person, which is a hassle if your car really needs the work. Sometimes they can't find your appointment, as I found out when they didn't see it anywhere despite me having one. Go to VIP, it's more expensive but they're very flexible.

Also, remember you get what you pay for. It's not a large location by any means. However, I've never had any issues when it comes to finding or getting the parts I need or I am looking for. Even with than not being very busy and able to help you most times when simply waking in, I do recommend simply calling and having them pull the part aside to make sure it is in stock. Which is great if you are sure you want it. As it is just good sense to do so. The staff has always been good to me. along with providing me advice on some mechanical issues that I was unable to find the correct repair option for. They don't make paint here, However they will happily look up the color you need and have it made up and shipped over to you sometimes on the same day, However most times it will be the following day.
