Within the first week, we noticed that one piece of tile by the stairs had been cut noticeably short. We immediately contacted the company and spoke with Victor. He stated that he would "try to get out to us to fix it," but mentioned he was shorthanded because a couple of his employees had quit. He also suggested that he could fill the area with grout, which we did not agree to. It is clear that the tile was cut too short, and grout would not be a proper or professional repair. Since that initial conversation, Victor has not reached back out to us. We are now in November, and there has still been no follow-up, no phone call, and no attempt to schedule the repair. He has already been paid in full. We reached out again by email, and once again received no response. This company has proven to be unreliable. My paid receipt clearly shows a two-year warranty. Additionally, when Victor completed the job on October 17th, he stated that if any issues came up, we should contact him and he would return to make any necessary repairs. That was untrue. He has not honored his word or complied with the terms of the agreement we entered into. I am not pleased with the service I received, and I would not recommend V&M Flooring to anyone for any type of work.

Initial consultation was great as well as the installation. They were able to meet us at the pricing we needed for our budget and to be competitive against the other flooring shops. All the staff from first call to installation were friendly and wonderful to deal with. Install was very prompt within about a week and a half since some flooring had to be ordered from out of state. Fast forward to now and we're back using their services to build a massive back patio, side walkway, excavate and level for a retaining wall for which they also poured the concrete footer for (we are building the wall ourselves). A pretty big job to say the least. Our experience this time around was just as excellent if not even better than 2 yrs ago. Omar and his dad, James and the rest of the crew made quick work of the entire project. Their skills are remarkable and they all are absolute artisans in their field. We LOVE our new patio!
