Complete Care chose a mature, experienced caregiver for me who I am happy with. In my case a caregiver is needed to help with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, cooking and laundry. It is a relief to have competent, trustworthy help during recovery. And she is easy to get along with and punctual. My family has been pleased with every aspect of Complete Care's service. From start to finish, it was a true 5-star experience, despite a few hiccups that were totally beyond the control of the facility. 1. **Scheduling:** Let's start with this--Atlanta decided to grace us with snow for what must be the second time in a century (*cue the eye roll*). My original appointment was impacted, but the office was so proactive, calling me well in advance to reschedule. No rushing, no stress--I didn't even have to leave the comfort of my bed! 2. **Check-In:** Upon arriving, I was greeted by the kindest, most accommodating office staff. Paperwork can be a pain, but not here! Every concern I had was addressed with patience and care, and they even adjusted things to make me feel comfortable with what I was signing. When I needed extra clarity, they didn't brush me off--they brought in a director to personally walk me through the paperwork! He explained everything to me in what I call "rich dummy terms" (you know, where you're fully informed without feeling overwhelmed). He didn't just treat me--he empowered me to understand my pain and my options. Now, let's talk RESULTS. **TWO YEARS.** TWO YEARS of standing up, sitting down, lying down, and repeating, with pain so unbearable that some days I couldn't even move. Every other doctor shoved pills at me or put me on some rigid regimen. Not Gary Bowen. In just MINUTES, he offered me an option that relieved so much pain--and in what felt like SECONDS, I was finally able to move without a pep talk or prep routine. The pain isn't 100% gone, but let me tell you--it's **manageable** for the first time in YEARS. The team didn't stop there. Because Gary took extra time to make sure I got the relief I needed, my appointment ran a bit long, and I was at risk of being late for my 1:45 meeting. The staff saved the day AGAIN by offering me a private office to conduct my meeting right then and there. Can we talk about above and beyond? **The Only Downside:** I was promised a Wonder Woman Band-Aid and left with a plain ol' regular one. I demand immediate changes to their Band-Aid inventory policy! In all seriousness, I cannot recommend Hope Neurological and Medical Services enough. The team, the care, the results--everything was impeccable.
