He did soil testing to verify the problem and helped us select the correct sod for our situation. Most of all, he is just a great person. He is one of the most polite business people we have encountered in a long time. He respects the customer and delivered more than promised. I really like his simple contract that guarantees the sod for 14 days and will replace anything that did not grow properly. We have tried to work with other companies who offer this type of service for a long time without success. Jeremiah was a perfect solution for us.d After the sod was in we had him replace mulch in the beds. Again, a great result.

Heads up! Months ago, and I mean months ago, I contracted a contractor to cut down two of my trees…read morein my front yard. He was also contracted to grind the stumps. He told me that his stump grinder was being repaired and he would return. I have made numerous attempts to contact him because of his failure to honor his contract (hand shake). He will not return my calls. I even threatened legal action. I threatened to contact the better business bureau and to post to the neighborhood site unless he honored his contract. That has not happened. So I do plan on reporting him to the better business bureau, and I do plan on legal action. I realize I will spend more money than it's worth financially. However, I feel obligated to take a personal stand against dishonest people. The contractors name is Darrell Nest, and his telephone number is 469-396-7497. If you wish to hire a dishonest contractor, then this is the person to hire. If, by chance, and Darrell reads this, please understand that my next step is the better business bureau, and after that, i will begin the process of taking action through theĥĥ filing with small claims. You have one week to grind the stump. If anyone can share this post so no one else hires this contractor

Everything had to be hauled in and out by hand. No heavy equipment access. The guys were respectful. They worked as hard as I've seen anyone work. I completely admire their craftsmanship. This was a difficult job and I am thrilled with my selection of Pedro and Brothers Landscaping. He gave me several options on how to repair the walls. He left the property exactly as he stated. I would urge you to add them to your bid list.

His level of detail and his craftsmanship was humbling to watch. I needed a path cut through some very thick cedars so I could access a pond on the backside. I told mike I'd like it to be big enough to drive an RV through. He definitely did that and even suggested a great spot to clear to have a campsite, cut some lanes around the pond for easier fishing, and even took the skidsteer up by my deer stand to cut some shooting lanes!! I was blown away by the customer service and finished product. I love my land even more now! Also, Kash was great to deal with up front. Extremely responsive to emails and text, told me exactly how they'd clear the land, and gave me a great price (2k) especially for the level of service and professionalism. Use these guys!! It's like a Thumbtack or Angi for landscapers to get business. My rate was $30 for a basic mow & they worked on my yard for a few months from May-Nov 2024. Not wholly happy as I had contracted for every 2 weeks & between the first now & the second was only about a week. When I questioned the owner, Chance he replied that he had done the initial service out of his route for Plano & needed to do it again so soon because that was "his" regular Plano day. I told him that wasn't acceptable & that the agreed service schedule was supposed to be every 2 weeks & that he wasn't free to change it anytime he felt like it. They would come on different days & were supposed to text me when on the way so that I could secure my dog. A couple of times they left the gate open & it was a miracle that she didn't get out. Fast forward to 2025. I put in to have services start on May 14th. They still haven't shown up at my house & keep postponing my services. Now my grass is tall enough that I got a notice from the city. Wednesday I texted Chance as I was inquiring when they would be coming & let him know that I really needed it done & that the city was getting testy. He apologized for the delay & said they wouldn't be in my area until Thursday to get my yard mowed. At 3:15pm on Thursday I texted him again & stated the lateness of the hour & asked when they would be coming. I got a sarcastic text back saying that he knew "what time it was". I texted back & asked when they would be coming. No show AGAIN & no response. My rate for 2024 was $30 per mow & when I agreed to services for 2025 that is the rate I was given again & what showed in the system. When Chance replied to my text on Wednesday he told me that he had raised his price by $10 a mow & that if my rate was $35 it would now be $45. At the most it should have been $40. I really needed to get it done as the city is breathing down my neck so I was just going to let him do it the first time & find another landscaper. He went into the system that night & changed the rate to $45 which was a 50% INCREASE! When he agreed to provide services starting on May 14th it was $30 & it showed in the system at that rate for 2 weeks. Texted again today & asked when they would be coming & again NO RESPONSE. I have FIRED them in the system & have hired someone else. Now because he has delayed me over 2 weeks my grass is tall & I am going to have to pay an extra charge for the taller grass. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are unreliable unethical & unprofessional.
