Update at end** I'm dissatisfied with this company's policy of " Screw you and we'll keep your money". Recently purchased a Smok two pod pack and one pod was faulty and wouldn't operate, it's a worthless piece of plastic. Was told they refused to replace or reimburse me for the faulty product purchased in good faith. They can sell a faulty product and pocket the money like a cheap con-artist. Can't in good conscience even give a 1 star rating with business practices like this, but you made me! I stopped by to get a vape & juice as a gift and i'm not familiar with the brands, tools, etc. They were very patient in explaining the pros/cons for the different vapes, they took my brother's tolerance into consideration when recommending juice, they asked me about my budget and were overall super friendly! The staff is very friendly and helpful as long as you don't have a problem. I have bought a few tanks from them and they were my go to store until the last tank I purchased leaked. When you buy a tank they say you have a 2 week warranty against defects, I guess as long as you don't have problems. I tried taking the tank back a week later to exchange it for a different tank. Long story short they wouldn't do anything about it said it had no signs of leaking, excuse me for cleaning it up before packing it back up to take back. They loss my business read more
