He gave her some changes to do. and explained her some high carbs food replacements for high protein and low sugar carbs shakes, bars etc. and offered her pills. she didn't want to take them. We had our second visit 2 weeks later. and my daughter had lost only one pound. He took about 10 min with us and the only tip he gave her was to starve for 16 hours. as many days as possible. I tried to ask him for a eating plan and to teach her what foods are better for her to eat. His answer was: "She is 17 is too late for her to learn good habits" My daughter got sick the next week. she has high colesterol and also anxiety. Any ways. I think his bussiness are the pills. and of course with pills everybody loose weight, but I am pretty sure that there are many ways to loose 30 pounds without them.
