We were yelling and waving our hands to get his attention, but he didn't stop right away. When he finally saw us, he just turned around and walked off -- no apology, no acknowledgment. I called the McDonald's right away and was given the landscaping company's contact info. I spoke to a woman who said she'd pass the message to a supervisor, but no one ever followed up. Totally unprofessional behavior and even worse customer service. If you care about courtesy and respect, I wouldn't recommend this company for any kind of work.

We had Alex provide a quote on painting our house. I don't write many reviews, but felt after this…read moreexperience it was worth letting folks know how great and professional this process was. Alex was always communicative before, during and after the painting job, which included one side of our house, all the large soffits and trim, as well as porch ceiling. They caulked every nail hole, seam and blemish prior to painting, repaired rotten trim board with properly dryed wood (so it wouldn't shrink in a month) and went out of their way to add some paint to an area I only got one coat on and had needed to get to at no charge. The entire process was transparent and his breakdown of cost for each room and area to paint was awesome, so we could eliminate areas we could get to so we could hire him to do what needed to get done. He was great to work with, clean and thoughtful of everything from spraying bleach around the garden, to covering windows carefully before spraying and even coating an area again after he determined it wasn't up to his standards. Folks like this are truly hard to come by and I cannot recommend him enough. We didn't go with the cheapest quote we received, we went with the one who felt like they cared about us as a customer and who valued their reputation. That's a true, honest business.
