Can't say enough great things about how smooth the process was here…read more I needed help fixing our business website and reached out to several companies via yelp. Max Ginsberg reached out the quickest. He called me and took note of all the things we were trying to accomplish for our website. After listening to all the functions our website needed, he quickly sent us a proposal. Instantly, max and his team got to work. All my frustrations with our previous website's set up and plug ins were solved by max and Anton. They had our website up and running. Our website is perfect. They also fixed any last-minute tweaks that we requested. Additionally, having control of our website via a user account was crucial. They gave me that access and I have the ability to control our hours and inventory at any time. You can't go wrong with Max. He really listens to what issues you have and what your end goal is. He is knowledgeable and experience. Give them your business!

Where do I begin? I've been meaning to write this review as Richard and the entire Bliss Drive…read moreteam is definitely deserving and has more than earned it. If there was a way I could rate him more than 5 stars I would. My wife and I own a mattress and furniture business in Anaheim (https://www.yelp.com/biz/slumber-n-serenity-discount-mattress-and-furniture-anaheim). We've been in business now for over 5 years and over the years have built our business the old fashion way....blood sweat & tears, take care of your customers, sell quality product at a great price, and most importantly, operate with the highest level of integrity. As our business leveled out we realized that our next step must be to have a good, searchable presence on the internet to go along with our reputation. We knew this was going to be quite a task for us, as we only wanted to partner with someone we could trust. Enter Richard, owner of Bliss Drive. Here's the reader's digest version of our tremendous success due to Richard's efforts (we found the "guru" of the internet world). I know nothing about the internet, SEO, Back links, Citations, Key words, rankings, etc. When I went to college, computers were still not being used in the library. With that said, I put 100% of my trust and confidence in Richard. He and his team were very detailed and thorough as to what they were going to do to help get more customers through the door. I just let him run with it. After about 3 months of Richard working his magic, we started to see results. Every month since then has gotten better and better. They are the absolute best. The reality is, I personally don't care to know how he's doing it as that's his expertise. All I care about is the fact that it's working so well. Every 2 weeks I get a detailed report of what's happening, how we're being found, how we're moving up, etc. Then I get several more reports of action plans, areas of focus, key word and link opportunities etc.......................................................................................................... If you are a busy business owners, as my wife and I are, and not only want, but need someone you can completely trust, Richard and his team are the only people you need. He will take the bull by the horns and run with it. He knows exactly what to do, how to do it, when to do it. He is truly a man of his word, and we all know in this day and age that's hard to find! Not only is Richard my GURU, he's also my friend! HIGHLEY recommend Thank you so very much Richard, we're very Grateful and Blessed to have you

Booked an online appointment again to give another chance and promptly waited in Rich Fong's personal meeting room. Its been 31 minutes and no meeting has started. Its unfortunate. I had alot of confidence going with Bliss Drive SEO to build my marketing strategy. I don't write alot of reviews, but this one really disappointed me. I'm sure Bliss Drive SEO is busy and as a small business, i can understand priorities can be shuffled sometimes. But communication is everything and was not communicated to me. Good Luck. I know you did not get a chance to spend time with me, but i decided to spend time on you to write this review.
