And it started with Bruce, Jason & staff at North Village Group. I was a small business owner that had been taken advantage of by a web designer to the tune of $4500, so I needed someone trustworthy and good because I wasn't going to settle for just ok. Bruce and Jason came to my office, dressed clean and professional. They showed dignity and respect. A quality that showed through with all they did in their work too. They were timely with ALL their work, always, always available to answer all my questions, even the annoying little ones and, they helped me with the things that sounded foreign when it came to codes and understanding how to use my website. I walked away with a solid relationship with them to this day, knowing how to use my website on the backend with blogs and produce services and, the most beautiful website I've seen. I cannot recommend them more!! They run their business with quality and integrity while still having a relatable & caring atmosphere. Thank you, thank you, thank you Bruce, Jason & staff at North Village Group for all you have done and continue to do in helping my business have a successful and expanding website! It has been one of the best investments I have ever made!

1000% DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They sell you in on a website as 100% turnkey…read morewith no additional fees or add ons and the promise of a quick design and website buildout. They then take weeks longer than stated providing limited updates and stringing you along. Now is where it starts to get fun: they start telling you about add ons that weren't included in your package: MOBILE VERSION OF YOUR WEBSITE, calendars, simple requests - will all cost more than twice the amount of what you originally paid for the entire turnkey website that was originally promised to you. I made it clear that I wouldn't be paying one cent over the agreed upon amount and scope of work and ended up getting into a fight with the rudest man possible, "Jonathan Ward". After him wanting to charge an extra $1500 for a mobile website, he came down to 50% off and continues to try and poke for more money, reminding me about all the time and work that's been put into the project (five weeks after the start). I then say that I just want to cancel and get a full refund in which he then says I can have a mobile website for free. Long winded way of saying, don't fall for these Indian scam artists and their bait and switch scam artist business practices.
