Our boys just wanted a decent place to live for their sophomore through senior year at Gannon. They have held up their end of the lease in every way. They have never been told that they have done anything wrong, because they haven't. Rent is always paid on time. In return, they have been harassed by these landlords. Blake showed up twice unannounced, and one of those times all the boys were sleeping and he entered one of their bedrooms and woke them up! Mind you he lives in Pittsburgh so he knew in advance he was coming. Also the lease states that notice will be given. The boys asked the landlords in January if they would renew for next year, and I as one of the parents also asked in February what the boys need to do to renew. The landlords never responded and instead started showing the house to prospective tenants. When they arrived before the viewing and found our boys there they threatened them with eviction and less they left. Needless to say, they didn't leave and we're not evicted . The next time there was a showing they informed the boys they were going to have a tape recorder with them because they thought the boys were making defaming comments about them. This is just a small example of the harassing behavior these kids have had to put up with. Totally unnecessary. If you're interested in this property, proceed with caution. It's not worth the stress. I would love to have given zero stars but had to give one in order to post this review.

While this is not Campus Pointe's fault, they expected me to clean out her room which was filled with blood, urine, feces, and other disgusting things I would not like to relive. After having to call them multiple times, along with my mother having to call them as well, they finally sent a cleaning service after trying to force me to clean it myself. Mind you, this room is not under my lease agreement, and it is not my responsibility to clean out another person's room. Fast forward to recently, I have expressed concerns for my physical well-being writhing my own apartment due to my roommates threatening my safety, as well as filing a complaint about my apartment being 60° indoors, while it is snowing, and my roommates not allowing me to turn on the heat, yelling at me and cussing me out if I did. After filing this complaint, I instead got told absolutely nothing on how to solve this issue, and instead of stuck with a $300 "Illegal Pet Fee" for my Emotional Support Animal that I have residing in this apartment. Campus pointe has also jacked up prices to upwards of $1000 a month for students living here with 3 other roommates, 4 in total. Their maintenance crew also barges into apartments unannounced if no one answers the door, and even goes so far as to unlock people's doors to their rooms if they are locked, entering rooms without permission. Do NOT stay here. Campus Pointe does not care for you, your belongings, your money, or your physical safety.

I have been living here since April of this year 2025 and I have to say the neighbors are nice; I…read morehave not had any problems. There are arguments outside at night and sometimes during the day But that's what happens when you like in an apartment. My concerns are the shootings I have witness one shooting in the entrance of my apartment complex. But we are on the 3rd floor so sad to say my kids are I were safe, but I felt bad for the people on the lower floor. I have called the emergency maintenance on 6/6/25 addressing my concerns about my bathroom cabinet that fell off when I opened it, my dishwasher that was leaking very badly, my sink stopper broke randomly, and the A/C doesn't work at all. It was 90 degrees in my apartment multiple days, and my two children and I were unlivable hot. While I was on the phone with a women telling her my concerns, she gave me the worst attitude trying to intimidate me to not call and complain again. Someone did come but he told me there is nothing he can do, and a man named mike will be coming Monday to fix things. Monday came no one came. A letter was on my door saying that someone will be coming on 6/11 to fix my problems around 11 am-5pm. It also said if I was not there, they will still enter so I was not worried about them coming in I just wanted my stuff fixed. I am paying to live here why are my things not fixed? All day on 6/11 no one came, I called off 6/12 just to see if someone would come and no one came. I them told the manager about my concern and the letter I received. He told me he was not told about it and will get back to me. That was on 6/18 it is 6/26 now and still nothing was done. I think it's unprofessional that my needs are not met when I'm paying to live there. I already know I will have to ask someone I know to come and fix my stuff for me because they will never come; No matter how much I complain about it. The A/C is really a BIG problem people can get very sick from dehydration and there are children living there. I am very scared for them and other residents. I keep telling myself it's my own place, it's my own place but I'm also thinking next April I`m moving tf out. I would not recommend until there maintenance gets more professional and fire that receptionist on the emergency maintenance hotline. She is rude and unprofessional, rushing me off the phone, cutting me off, deep breathing, and hanging up on me mid-sentence. I have never been disrespected like that in my life. I feel like I am on my own with my own maintenance and that is sad. Whoever wrote about the A/C was not lying. If you're on section 8 all I can say is be prepared and ride it out until you can move. MOVE AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!!!!!

Where do I begin...whatever you do, where ever you live, DO NOT LEASE AT ENVISION APARTMENTS!!!!! I…read morelived there for 2 years and at first I thought it was nice, a little pricey but nonetheless I thought I had something good. Then the problems began at move in. 1) This property has paid parking, so before I began to move my things into the apartment I made sure that I could park in the parking lot while I moved without getting a Barnacle on my windshield. A leasing associate assured me that it would be fine to park in this location whilst moving. I left to get the rest of my belongings and came back to a Barnacle on my windshield. There was no accountability, instead she told me "Next time make sure you get a visitors pass." as if she wasn't the person who told me I could park there. I later learned that this would be a warning for problems with parking later down the line. 2) Throughout my stay in Envision, I had to contact maintenance more frequently then I would prefer. Even in the first month when my roommate's toilet paper holder broke (as did my friend's who lived in another building and mine did later as well...CHEAP!!). Additionally, throughout the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic, there were numerous times when maintenance staff would enter my apartment without even thinking about wearing a mask. It was disgusting, coughing and hacking into the open air with no mask on like a child. At one point, there were at least 3 maintenance workers in the unit with no mask on. When they finally did fix my toilet paper holder, the job wasn't completed. He only put on one side of it. 3)The customer service in this establishment was laughable. At one point, I had a property manager going back and forth with me like a teenage girl over the phone. This staff has invaded my privacy by sharing something I posted on a private social media account with the building manager which is what caused the childish phone call. I have never talked to anyone in the leasing office in a manner that wasn't respectful, so imagine my shock when a grown man called me to argue about something I posted on my Snapchat concerning another invasion of privacy and instance of unprofessionalism on their end. 4) Parking is $50 a month, this was not a problem until winter came and the plowing company they hired did a terrible, cheap job and plowed directly into the already limited parking spaces. Not only that, the sidewalks were never shoveled or salted. I cannot tell how many times I've fallen outside on the way to my car. It got so bad at one point that people had no choice but to park on packed in snow. It also wouldn't be so bad if they didn't consolidate all filled rooms to the first few buildings because at least 100 units were vacant. No wonder when I moved in the leasing agents told me THEY don't even pay for parking. 5) There is ZERO security outside of a locked front door at these locations. At move in, you are told there there is security staff and cameras on the premises and none of those claims are true. The security cameras have tape over them and the leasing staff told me and my roommates while viewing the building that they don't even work. If you decide to live here, bring self defense. 6) The amenities are DISGUSTING!!!! The laundry room always smelled like mold and mildew and was barely cleaned, in one of the pictures you can see actual mold and dust INSIDE THE WASHER! The washing machines stained my clothes and my sheets a few times and the dryer never fully dried my clothes in one cycle, one time it took 3 and it wasn't an oversized load. The fitness center was dirty and outdated. The office/study room had no wifi unless you lived in that building. The lounge was dark and for the majority of my time there seemed like a dumping ground for messed up furniture. 7) I found green and black mold by my air vent and Greg Golden (Current property manager) told me there was nothing he could do to rectify the situation despite my being sick for the past month due to mold exposure. HEED MY WARNING AND THINK TWICE ABOUT MOVING HERE!!!!!

Maintenance calls are not responded to quickly and staff "lost" several of my work orders. I also had a washing machine break on my three times which is hugely inconvenient. The lint catchers in the dryers are needed to be replaced due to neglect but never were and always left lint on my laundry. The wall are very thin and you hear almost everything other residents are doing. I also never felt fully safe in the halls or outside due to the frequent cat calling from other residents. The swipe card system they use is beyond flawed. My card deactivated at once a week leaving me to have to wait sometimes up to an hour for someone to let me in and lecture me about keeping my card away from my keys, phone, and other cards (which it was always kept separate and was a major inconvenience because it couldnt be kept in my wallet or in my purse due to that). Management is very petty and catty. They do not have the best interest of the students at heart and just want profit. They never cared that my room had no wifi signal, roommate issues, and how snobby their staff was. Worst place I've ever lived at by far, anyone looking to live here should seriously consider living university edge or downtown if they have to live on campus. If you can live with a short drive, look at off campus apartments.

I lived here for a year…read more Pros: Furnished, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Cons: -My washing machine broke, and it took a month and a half to get a replacement. Even after putting in multiple maintenance requests and calling the office directly, the replacement was also broken, but this time, the dryer was broken, which took another week to replace. - They told me that holes in the walls are fine and are preferred to command strips, and there would be no extra charge after moving out. Then during move-out, I asked again and got the same answer. Conveniently for them, after I patched the holes with the materials given to me by the office, I was charged for the patches. - My blinds were broken when I got there, and I proceeded to call maintenance, and in turn, they did not fix it and just put the equivalent of a twist tie on the blinds. They broke the same day, and the one time I used them. - The walls are paper-thin; not just in your own apartment, but through the complex. There was a resident who blasted music around 9-10 am all the way through 11 pm-12 am. I mentioned it to the office, and they said it was a unit upstairs, down my hall, and all the way around the corner from my apartment. - My deposit was two months' rent because I did not have a cosigner. That's not the problem. When I moved out, my deposit didn't hit my account. I called the office, and they did not know why and told me they would give me a call back. I called again, but they declined my call. I called the next day, and they had no idea what was wrong. I called 3 more times to finally get an employee to tell me what was wrong and to find a solution. - The internet, which you/I pay for every month, proceeded to go out almost half the entire year that I lived there. This also conveniently happened during finals and midterms. - Parking is an absolute disaster as well. If you want to have anyone over during the week and they are only able to park there due to the limited parking around the area, you have to sign out a guest pass. You are only able to sign out 1 guest pass at a time and are told to ask your roommates to get another pass if you have another person coming over. If you do not get them a pass, a towing service will tow their car. Additionally, if you do not return the pass to the office, you will be charged $25 a day. I hope this convinces you not to rent here. Have a good day.

I paid a deposit on March 2, 2026, for an apartment that I never moved into, and I still have not received my deposit back. The leasing manager, Josephine, was extremely rude and unprofessional when communicating with me--especially when I asked about the status of my refund. What makes this even more frustrating is that the delay was due to their failure to submit the proper documents as requested. Despite having my correct address on file (which I have proof of through email), she still sent my refund check to an address she knew was incorrect. I also have documentation and video evidence of the way I was treated during this process. As for the leasing director, Courtney, she has completely stopped responding to my calls and messages, which shows a serious lack of accountability. Overall, this experience has been disrespectful, stressful, and unacceptable. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue professionally, but due to the lack of response and cooperation, I am now considering legal action. Please be cautious when dealing with this complex. Have a blessed day.
