So my daughter had a hair with Desiree and she was literally down the street when she was struck by another vehicle, leaving her car totaled. She had to go to the hospital by ambulance. Clearly, she had a good reason as to why she couldn't make her appointment. This woman had no sympathy, nor did she show any compassion. She kept my daughter's deposit and wanted more money because she canceled. Really lady, she was hit by a car and hospitalized. Are you seriously charging her? Would you compensate your clients if you had an emergency situation such as hospitalization after an accident? This is a poor business practice. You should be ashamed of yourself. read more

I ALWAYS get my hair done by Desiree. She is the best hairstylist and always gets my hair right. I usually go to her for my braids, twists, or sew ins. She is my go to hairstylist for everything. She has always been professional, outgoing, friendly, and a kind soul! She always makes sure I'm comfortable in her seat, and checks in too see if I like something and make sure my braids aren't tight/not hurting me. For my natural hair needs I always go to Shaq. I usually go to her for my natural hair twists, trims, and silk press. I love the way she washes my hair. Shes amazing, funny, and outgoing as well. When I had short hair I went to Ms. Nikki and she's amazing as well. She always had my pixie cut together, and loved going to her. All of these ladies have AMAZING customer service and are talented with their craft. You will not go wrong with choosing them as your stylist. read more

I had a confirmed appointment with Semiya this morning at 6am. My deposit was submitted well in advance. I arrived at 6am and Semiya was not there; after ringing the door bell several times, I called her, and sent text messages to no avail. Finally, a customer directed me to the back. I spoke with a women who said she was Semiya's mother who indicated her daughter got home at 4:30am and asked if I could come back later. This is BAD business, a totally disrespect for my time and money. As of 7 am my deposit has not been returned. read more
