I met Bill and Rose and like all others before me, I found them both to be the real deal. Both are eager to serve the public with expert care and advice. On this occasion I brought them my Mantis Tiller. Hard to start was the problem. For a low fee he checked out the unit and found a bad ground wire, carb adjustments and a new spark plug. Runs great. Took the 21" Toro Recycler in when I picked up the Mantis. So glad to have found Bill and Rose. Also good is that they are a Husqvarna dealer as I have a 54" zero-turn that one day will need care too!

It stopped working so I called RYOBI they told me to come here so we did 2 days later Sat. June 3,2023. They had us feel out paperwork so we did and we asked for a copy they said we did need it.. So I took a picture of the paperwork and of the front door thank goodness.. I called back six week later talk to Rose and a man, they told me the part was coming to my house so I asked do I bring it in when I receive it or do we have to put it on are selfs? She replied with sarcasm no your get a new unit.. She told me part! I didn't understand.. As she was speaking to me I can hear a man tell her give me the phone number to RYOBI let her stay on the phone for an hour and a half.. I didn't say anything and stayed composed, and I ask for the clam # I just did understand why no one informed me after 6 weeks that that's what Ryobi was doing.. I feel that my product was never looked at they just told the company (Ryobi) that.. They have so many customers they are overwhelmed and are very disorganized.. The day we drop off there was a ELDERLY man in there picking up his tool and they couldn't fine it, that was Our first sign.. The second one was when Rose said they had over 150 clients tools they were look at.. We unfortunately will not be back.. I give a * for poor customer service.. The only positive thing is that RYOBI is send anew one and we are not out 400.00, and that if I ever receive it to day is now July13,2023 !! And the man was Right I now been on the phone for over an hour with Ryobi, but this was way fast then waiting 6 weeks

    Truly the worse experience of a lifetime. Owner promised a great job and 2 weeks to restore damaged…read morefloor. 6 months later, the floor looks worse than the original with severe tile lippage. The company owner threatened to walk off the job at least 5 times because I repeatedly asked them to do proper work, they told me they had 90 other jobs running during my job. They would come and work for 2 hours and then leave for another job. They accused my wife of breaking the granite counter tops. Project manager came and yelled at me to move my car out of my driveway because it was in his way. Honestly, I only take the time to write this review so you want fall into the same experience I had. We have had several contractors in our homes over the years and Restoration 101 was by far the worse. Inexperienced foreign workers that left my house a disaster, having to pay another tile person to come in and fix their shoddy work.

Each crew knew exactly what to do AND very respectful, letting us know each step that was coming up. I give RESTORATION 101 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! The work crews respect you, the owner respects you, the crews really respect Ron, and Ron respects them. If you do not hire Restoration 101 to restore your house from damaged back to a home again, you have just made the largest mistake! Ron and his employees are honest, top notched, totally knowledged in this field. To call someone else would be a huge mistake on you!!
