And the cost was very reasonable after shopping around a bit. The quality of the Sunroom is very professional looking and the family owned and operated business and workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. We also had ceiling fans installed and that was done smoothly as well. We absolutely love the look and feel of the room. We installed a 55" TV in the room and have been enjoying evenings watching shows. Mornings are great for a cup of coffee, and our cat is a big fan of watching the birds outside. Over all 10 stars for the experience and we would highly recommend this company to all our friends..

We were referred to Doug Harrie at Sunbelt Products, Inc. and our experience with him and his staff could not have been better. Doug and Stephanie were beyond professional and pleasant to work with. The product is exceptional, but the customer service surpassed our expectations. They were knowledgeable and efficient, yet always kept our best interests as the customer in mind during the decision-making process. During installation, they were quick, proficient and respectful of our needs, as well as being attentive to leaving the areas they worked in even cleaner than when they arrived. A month later, and we are THRILLED with our new windows... they were the first critical step in updating our new home. Sun-Belt Products, Inc of Knoxville relies on word-of-mouth advertising and we can certainly see why: we, as customers, are thoroughly satisfied and would highly recommend Doug and his team. A first rate experience: from consultation to installation... the perfect start to our remodeling adventure.

Nonetheless, they do great work, they are friendly and courteous, and don't give us too many surprises. When they have (given us a surprise) they've found something that needs repair and they are level with us as to what we can do and how much it costs (well I don't really know about that last part, since we all agreed long ago that they wouldn't tell me how much she is spending!). They've done all kinds of work on different parts of the house, in and out. They've also helped manage/oversee other types of work (putting in an asphalt drive for example). I think it's inevitable that my wife will find other things to repair or replace; at least with them I know we'll get a good deal and good work and I don't have to worry each time about who is tromping around my house!

We bought a sprawling vintage former bed and breakfast with a very high, very complicated roof. It…read morehas a 20 ft octagonal skylight in the center, 4 "witch's hats", and is multi-level. Having been a foreclosure, we weren't surprised when we spotted leaks during storms. After over a year of contacting and soliciting roofers to take on our job, (the majority of which never even returned calls or submitted an estimate), we happened on MO SHINGLES. They had outstanding reviews but their website indicated they didn't service our area. Still, with a hilarious name like that, I couldnt resist contacting Old "Mo!" The owner, Andy, responded to our online inquiry within hours, and drove the distance to view our roof the very next day. He impressed us tremendously with his experience and frank understanding of the unique issues required to make our new roof both beautiful and one that would outlast us! My husband is a construction engineer, so he is picky, skeptical and not easy to satisfy! We were pleased with the quote we received from Mo Shingles. It wasn't a bargain-basement el-cheapo quote, but was extremely reasonable and more than fair considering but all the added special touches and premium quality material we received. We realized, with the materials that were quoted, that Andy thoroughly understood our goals and we were completely delighted. The crew was professional, clean and super courteous and friendly. (Amazingly-- none of the crew smoked on our property! We really appreciated having a group of non-smokers!) The job was enormous and took 5-6 guys daily for 5 days to complete. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and took extra care to ensure the wind never blew any debris around. They have an onsite dump truck to haul trash off as needed. They discovered a number of issues with our old roof and fixed everything professionally as they went along. The finished roof is absolutely a work of art- so gorgeous, and compliments the architecture perfectly. They incorporated special touches to unify the design from one section to another, and took special care to make the roof extremely strong against the harsh winds and storms we see. They also added new roof vents where none had previously existed. MO SHINGLES is, without question, the most competent, skilled and customer-service oriented contractor we have found in East Tennessee. The owner is very bright, with years of experience in a variety of climate regions of the US. He is highly respected by his crew who describe him as "the most honest guy they know." WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND MO SHINGLES. We feel we received excellent service, a spectacular roof, and competent repairs of hidden damage-- all at a reasonable fair price. We believe the new roof added so much beauty to our home that it probably increased the value of our property. This is the mark of a true professional-- when the value they add is greater than the cost. We couldnt be happier.

**Disappointing Experience -- Pricing Dispute, Workmanship Issues, and Paint Substitution**…read more We hired James Stone Painting to paint our new home and provided the Sherwin-Williams paint colors we wanted used for the project. Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. After quoting us a price and indicating that the job was complete, James demanded an additional $500 beyond the agreed-upon amount. When my wife explained that the agreed price was $500 less, rather than professionally discussing the discrepancy, he accused her of being disrespectful and responded in a confrontational, intimidating manner. He essentially told us that if we did not pay the additional money, we should never call him again. This was an unacceptable way to handle a pricing disagreement with a customer. The problems did not end there. After inspecting the completed work, we identified several deficiencies that required us to contact him and request corrections. He eventually sent someone back to address the issues, and that corrective work took an entire day. During this process, we also discovered that Behr paint had been used on the trim instead of the Sherwin-Williams paint we had specified. When we confronted him about the substitution, he responded that Behr was better for trim. Regardless of his personal opinion about which product is preferable, **we specified Sherwin-Williams, and we expected the paint we requested to be used--not a different brand substituted without our approval.** A contractor should never make that decision on a customer's behalf without first discussing it with them. Between the unexpected demand for additional money, the initial workmanship deficiencies, the need for a full day of corrective work, and the undisclosed paint substitution, this experience left us seriously disappointed in the professionalism and transparency of the service we received. **Our recommendation is to proceed with caution if you are considering James Stone Painting.** Get the complete scope of work, the agreed-upon price, the specific paint brands and product lines, and any change-order procedures documented in writing before work begins. Inspect the finished work carefully and verify that the materials used match what was agreed upon. We hired a painting contractor expecting quality workmanship, honest communication, and adherence to the agreed-upon specifications. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Their craftsmanship is superb as is their installation and the process. The advice that we received from Tony and Lora was exceptional. They always returned our calls and many times even texted when we called to say they would get back to us as they were on another call. They both always treated us like we were their only customer, never making us feel rushed, or that we were taking too much of their time. Jake, who did the majority of the installation was so kind and his work was perfect. He spent extra time letting me decide where to put my shelving which I very much appreciated. Randall's detail work was perfect as well. Their price was very reasonable and we absolutely would use them again and encourage anyone to use this company. Thank you Tony and everyone else for making this kitchen as easy as it could be and absolutely beautiful and functional. Everyone who has seen this kitchen has loved it and talked about how beautiful these cabinets are and how much easy access was created in this new design.
