Locked my keys in my trunk and Caleb came quickly and got my doors open without a problem. However, my car's trunk latch wasn't working so I still couldn't access my keys. He charged me half of the original cost since my issue wasn't completely resolved and told me he'd ask around the next day and let me know if he figures out a solution to unlock my trunk. I must've been the unluckiest fellow alive as my car actually got towed overnight since I was parked in a lot without a permit. Caleb had an idea for opening my trunk and after hearing the bad news of my car being towed, he offered to drive down to the tow yard and help me out free of charge. For the next 3 hours we tried various ways to access the trunk and finally figured out a solution after a lot of struggle disassembling the backseat. EXTREMELY SATISFIED. It was very cold out and I unfortunately left my keys in the car in the morning outside the office. Upon discovering this gem of a service, I called immediately and he said he would be there in fifteen minutes. I was in a panic because I locked my beautiful, sweet standard poodle in the car. It was early evening, so thankfully not "break the window" hot, but still an awful feeling to not be able to get her out of the warm, stuffy car right away. That may friends is how you run a business in the service industry. Not to mention I called several local Locksmiths prior to finding him and was quoted no less than $120 by all of them. Some more. This place is amazing. My elderly neighbor locked her keys in the car with her dog inside. She was so upset and anxious. We called Caleb and he was here within 15 minutes. I need their service for my vehicle because I left the key in my car and only had one. He spoke with me and gave me a promised time but made it quicker than expected. He had so much experience that he was answering questions for me while he was unlocking my door.
