My Nest showed the system had been running nonstop for 24 hours trying to keep up. One panicked call to Alex at Guardian HVAC LLC, and he jumped into action. In less than 90 minutes, Leo was at my house, diagnosed the issue, and had the A/C back up and running. I'm incredibly grateful for people who answer the phone, show up when they say they will, and take great care of their customers. Thank you, Alex and Leo, for saving the day! If you're looking for an HVAC company that truly delivers when it matters most, I can wholeheartedly recommend Guardian Air. So instead of charging me to clean the blower--and then my having to pay another company to clean my ducts--they had their office call me with the name of a company they recommend that could do both jobs. They were nice, didn't smell like cigarette smoke, and were efficient. I would most definitely use them again. Good people.

Jamal and Jamal showed up on time, worked straight through to lunch and did a great job. They were polite, thoughtful and responded to our requests. The cost hit pretty much what I figured it would based on their rates and we were very satisfied. On a wholly different but related note. As a Black man I usually hope for evidence of diversity in the workforce of any company I hire. I appreciate that Advanced Electric hires and promotes young men of color in a field that is dominated by white men. For me this is essential and I wish more companies were like Advanced Electric.
