Even though I knew this moment was coming, no one can truly be prepared to wake up to find your beloved pet has passed away overnight. It was very difficult emotionally to process the loss, let alone trying to figure out what to do with his body. I called a few places that I found online, but the only person to call me back was Desmond (in 10 minutes no less!). He was able to drive over to our house right away. Desmond was kind, supportive, and very helpful. When he gave us his business card, I noticed a photo of one of his Dobermans on the card. It felt like a sign from above that my little Joey was going to be well taken care of. When Joey's ashes were ready, Desmond drove the remains back to our house and delivered the most wonderful package. The urn is a gorgeous wood box, and the clay paw print comes with a small display stand. Some of Joey's fur was also included in a little glass bottle. The note from the cremation center said a tree was planted as well. I've had other pets cremated in the past, but this is by far the most beautiful package I've seen. I would highly recommend Peaceful Pet Transport to anyone in this situation. Desmond is truly an angel and I'm very appreciative for his help through an extremely difficult time.

Even though we've been using her service for almost a year and a half, she will always text us before every trip to make sure nothing has changed. Kristine is truly a pet owner's dream - you don't need to worry your pets are being taken care of because you know they will be by Kristine and her employees! Her website is so easy to use and you can book months ahead of time, there's so many places to leave notes about house care (eg. You need plants watered) and specific animal care. We really could not be more lucky to have found her to take care of them! She is always reachable if something changes and she has really made going on vacation a dream. We got a text 15-minutes prior to her arrival stating she was running late by a few hours. Then another text saying she was ill and then finally a third text three hours after we were to leave on our trip saying she needed to cancel. Not once a phone call, an offer to find a replacement, or have one of her employees come over to fill in for her. We placed our trust in her and were very wrong to do so. We had family in town from overseas and could not find a pet sitter so we had to eat two hotel rooms that night and scramble to find a sitter the day before Christmas Eve carrying into Christmas Eve. There is a trust between pet owners and their animals. This company does not understand this trust factor and offers very poor client care. Think twice before utilizing this company.
