Staff is amazing here! I had to take my boy to be put down, because he lived 18 wonderful years and he was ready. I went in with my 3 young daughters and the vet made sure to ask all of us if we had any questions after explaining the process. They gave me as much time as I needed with my boy, before and after. I was quoted the wrong prices on the phone and in text and even though the prices I showed them were lower than what should have been, they honored the price since it was their office who made the mistake. They also offered a free paw print and it was ready in just a few days to pick up. For such a hard event, they made it SO much easier! Thank you Daisy Mountain Veterinary Hospital, my kids and I really appreciate you

I can't thank Dr. Schroeder, Dr. Jillson, Dr. Young and Dr. Feeney enough for saving my dog Cooper's life! Cooper got into some grapes that were on the kitchen counter, and I was in a panic. They acted quickly and professionally, providing the urgent care Cooper needed. Their expertise and compassion were evident throughout the entire process. Cooper is back to his happy self, and I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care he received. I also want to thank the entire staff for helping me get an appointment immediately and for sending me pictures/updates of Cooper throughout the entire week. I highly recommend Daisy Mountain Vet to anyone in need of skilled and caring veterinarians. Thank you for everything!

We needed to find a new veterinarian because our last doctor retired. We weren't keen on the new doctor that took over so our search began. Fortunately we knew a technician and she recommended this office. We have been coming now for 6 months. We had three CKCS at the time. We started with new pt physicals on our pups and our Dr is Dr Sarah Schroeder in May/June 2022. The physicals were very thorough and everything done and recommended were explained. Unfortunately 2 months ago our newest pup became extremely ill with seizures. I called the office upon opening and the receptionist was able to get her in if I was willing to be worked in. I arrived within 10 minutes and they were able to get my pup in room ASAP. Dr Schroeder examined and her and took her back for labs when my pup heart rate suddenly dropped. Dr S me notified immediately what was happening and decided to keep her the rest of the day with constant monitoring. Fortunately our pup improved through out the day. Upon discharged, we started seizure med, and taught how to do CPR and we scheduled a appointment with a Neurologist in a few days and Dr S gave us her cell phone number so we could contact her anytime. Next day was all good. Dr S wanted a update and she was pleased with her condition. Unfortunately during the night our pup had another seizure where her heart did stop. We performed CPR and rushed her to the ER where her neurologist was also located. ER did everything they could but she couldn't be saved. We were devastated. We notified Dr S of what happened during the night and she was so nice and very consoling and compassionate.I cant say enough about Dr S and her staff. During our worst time they treated us like people and pet parents not clients. I cant say enough! Currently we are dealing with Dr Feeney who is working with our cardiologist on our other pup who is in heart failure. Dr Feeney has also been extraordinary during this time. She has been informative and is helping guide us down this sad road we are on. You really know the exceptional doctors when you need them the most. Don't hesitate coming here with your pups. We haven't!

Everything seemed fine at drop-off, but just one hour later, I received a call saying my dog suddenly had a "heart problem." Instead of clearly explaining the situation and working with the insurance we had already paid for, it felt like they were using this as an opportunity to push additional charges. The communication was unclear, rushed, and honestly felt more like a sales pitch than genuine concern for my pet's well-being. What bothered me the most was the lack of transparency. Why wasn't this issue identified beforehand? And why wasn't the insurance properly applied or even discussed as part of the solution? It left me feeling pressured, confused, and taken advantage of during a very stressful moment. I trusted this clinic with my dog's care, and instead I walked away questioning their ethics and professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, compassionate veterinary care.

Their website provided all information necessary for making an informed decision for at-home euthanasia, including clear pricing options. Booking was easy, I filled out their online form and within about 15-minutes, I received a text offering additional assistance and the opportunity to book the service for my dog. They do take Care Credit which was a great help. Although I cancelled my first appointment due to my uncertainty that it was indeed time, I was able to reschedule also through text. The doctor, Dr. Frost, gave me a call when she was on her way and was very compassion both over the phone as well as upon arrival and throughout the process. While having my 15 year old dog euthanized was a tough and heartbreaking decision to make, I felt comfort knowing that not only was my dog going through this process in the comfort of his own home, but also by a team who truly cared. I would highly recommend Angel Veterinary Services to others making the same difficult decision, especially for the comfort provided throughout the process.

They couldn't find anything wrong with her. Apparently they don't know the signs and symptoms of a rattlesnake bite and sent us home. The next morning she woke up with an extremely swollen face and two puncture wounds on the top of her head! Some exam! If her skull hadn't stopped the fangs from fully penetrating, I'm certain she would have died due to their incompetent care. More recently she had oral issues and we thought she needed a cleaning and scheduled it at the earliest availability which was about 8 weeks out. I then checked her teeth and, finding no evidence or the typical tarter buildup, cancelled. Days later it was obvious there was a problem/infection, called and explained, and despite the change in condition, again scheduled for a cleaning about 8 weeks out. A little later I realized she was in distress and needed help, so I took her here, explained my concern, and refused to leave until she was seen. They examined her and sent us away with some antibiotics to await her dental cleaning appointment. Knowing she needed help before then, I found another clinic that could see her sooner and took her there. Within 20 minutes after dropping her off, I got the call we all don't want; during a basic initial mouth exam, it was determined she has cancer! The Vet said they could do a biopsy, but it was pretty pointless, as it was obviously cancer. They gave us a 30 day supply of antibiotics, inflammation, and pain meds to include euthanasia option resources. After the first 30 day supply of meds, and our baby still doing pretty good, we tried to refill them here instead of the clinic that gave her the cancer diagnosis. It was like pulling hens teeth. Again, with the 'we'll need to examine her first ($)'. Since this all started about 3+ months ago, we've given our baby what we've considered to be hospice care of meds and soft/liquid foods (she can't eat anything else). All this said, we were expecting a pretty quick decline in her condition being told it would be time when she either stopped eating or had extensive and bloody discharge from her mouth. Although she continues to have challenges eating with her damaged tongue, her decline wasn't what we were lead to believe. As a result, my concern became, maybe it's not cancer and she possibly got a foreign body in her tongue which became infected, and there's treatment for that she should be receiving. So, I called this place to schedule a biopsy. Their answer; 'we'll need to schedule an exam to decide if another appointment to do the biopsy is needed.' They are completely clueless as to the urgency of treatment. Is that what you want from your Vet?

We've known for years how wonderful this place is, they've cared for several of our dogs over time, but this visit was especially meaningful and unforgettable. We brought in our 15-year-old, three-legged, amazing boy Jake after one of the scariest mornings we've ever experienced. He woke up unable to walk, unable to see, and in severe pain. He had also experienced a seizure earlier, and given his age and sudden decline, we were truly afraid this might be the day we had to say goodbye. Dr. Stinnett took the time to give Jake a thorough, thoughtful exam, ran blood work, and, most importantly, treated him with compassion, confidence, and care. She knew, even when we were unsure, that this was not Jake's time. While the exact cause of his episode wasn't fully clear, Dr. Stinnett was confident that Jake still had good life ahead of him and she was absolutely right. Just four days later, Jake was back to his normal self. Seeing him walking, seeing, and acting like our happy boy again felt nothing short of miraculous. The entire team at The Pet Wellness Center truly cares for your pets as if they were their own family. That kind of genuine compassion is rare, and it means everything when you're facing one of the hardest moments as a pet parent. We highly--HIGHLY--recommend The Pet Wellness Center and Dr. Stinnett. You will immediately see that this is a special place filled with people who truly love what they do. Thank you, Dr. Stinnett and the entire staff, for giving us more time with our beloved Jake. We will be forever grateful.

The doctor was very nice and recommended not doing a biopsy but to just remove the mass at the same time as a dental cleaning under anesthesia. The appointment was very quick and they did the other quick normal checks (temperature, asked about diet, etc). This appointment cost $89! That is the most I've ever paid for a check up at a vet in this state and two other states I've lived in. The doctor said they would give me a quote for the dental cleaning and the mass removal and the vet tech said he would get that to me by end the of the day or by the end of the week (this was on a Monday). Next Tuesday rolled around and I still had not heard from them so I called in the morning and they apologized and said they would send the quote. I received the quote that evening, but the quote was only for the mass removal at $1874.00 - $2332.57. I asked to know if this included the dental cleaning. It's now Thursday, almost two weeks after the initial appointment and the person responding to the email said it was only for the mass removal but that the tech could write me a quote for dental cleaning if I want. They also said they noticed a double charge on the quote so the mass removal quote is actually $1404 - $1862. I should mention that the mass is smaller than the size of a dime on a 13 pound pup. I was dumbfounded that they were asking if I wanted a dental cleaning quote as I had already discussed that with the vet and the tech that they would quote me for both. In this timeframe, I was able to get two quotes from other vets and the total quote from these other places (dental and mass removal) were cheaper than the quote for just the mass removal at The Pet Wellness Center. Needless to say, we will be going elsewhere - doing the bloodwork, dental cleaning, and mass removal at a quote of less than $1000! Updating to say I paid $513 for everything (dental cleaning, mass removal, bloodwork, pain meds, etc.) somewhere else. I highly recommend not wasting your time and money and doing the research to find somewhere else to go. The Humane Society does dental cleanings at low-cost as well as many other vets with great reviews in the valley.
