They owned and sought direct assistance with Piano Disc and their player system where my CD player stopped working. The Floppy and their hard drive worked and just not the CD rom. Based on their troubleshooting, it is not a CD ROM drive issue but either a firmware, software, or board issue with the unit as it appears to be a common system with these player piano systems models that are no longer being manufactured. Their ownership and follow through was second to none. Even Timothy himself came twice to my home trying to resolve the issue. I fully recommend them and they have my complete confidence in their abilities.

In actuality, I have had problems since delivery, and the owner (Brian) responded in the most unprofessional manner, including trying to gaslight me. My whippens should have been replaced. Brian said there were fine. (They were soda-blasted--that is all). I waited almost a year before having my piano regulated, as is recommended. But no regulation will "hold" because the whippens are too worn out. Fine regulation is simply not possible. I think they quickly got the piano into place before I tried it. It SEEMED fine when I was trying it in the store, but it was not after it was delivered to me. Also, the key bushings were described as new, but there were not. They had just been treated with Profelt. It wasn't long before the keys had a on of plan in them. Again, Brian acted like he was doing me a big favor in offered to cover half of the cost of rebushing. That was not enough. He should have covered the cost re replacement. Brian is not the nice guy he seemed at the beginning. He's a man who gets angry when you point out the problems, tries to make it seem like you're too picky (in other words, blames the victim), and fails to stand by his warranty as it is advertised. I have all the documentation for all of this, including his unprofessional emails. He should be paying for my replacement whippens.

Not willing to do long term leases at all. Within 6 months of renting from them we got our first increase by $50/mo. This kept going up and with increasing frequency to where we were getting two notices a year of increases as "market" adjustments. We got in the mail a few days ago a new of course increased rate now up to $432!!!! As of today we have turned in our notice of vacancy and have gotten a new storage unit. Same 10x10 size with Climate control. Price.....$189. Basically back to where I was a few years ago. Be very very aware of this place. The new place I'm at now only goes up once a year!!!! Additionally they have so many cars and boats parked that it's impossible to get a spot near your unit. You have to park in the farthest away spots from the door. Very happy to be getting out of there and saving almost $250/mo.

When they are only charging $173 for a 10x 30 unit. The same 10 x 20 unit is going for $119 FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE. When you ask why the rate increase they say it's the going rate but literally there is not one storage facility within at least 50 miles that doesn't even charge half of what they are charging me. And when you call all they say is they can't do anything because it comes from corporate. So only rent from them if you want to be scammed.
