I ended up going back to Cravin Vapes to return my battery. The STAFF was phenomenal, I highly recommend going to this location! They were so understanding and helpful. They even let me exchange my battery for a new one. One of the Staff members had bought an additional essential for my battery, because the battery/brand I had purchased has "great ratings." (and it was just with my luck of the draw picking a broken battery.) I recommend going to this location. The Staff members were so sweet and kind. I will definitely be going back to this location and store from now on!

Online is, once again, the best way to shop. I used to be able to have any and every question answered by people in the know. The staff has since turned over, and today was my last straw. I went in for coils, telling them how an out of town shop had given me the wrong kind. I didn't remember the exact specifications, so I told them the brand and that it was a single coil down the middle. I wasn't given options; I was handed one box. So I naturally assumed they knew what they were handing me. Mistake on my part. When I opened the box at home, the first thing I see are triple coils looking up at me, plain as day. If their staff doesn't know the difference between the numbers 1 and 3, they're not going to be of any real help to anyone. Their selection is still decent for a physical location, and their juices are as good as can be expected under the stupid Indiana laws, so they earned their second star.

I love walking into this store. They have a very modern and pop culture feel that makes anyone feel welcome. They have a lot of really great pieces of art hanging on the walls. They also have an oxygen bar which, to my knowledge, is the only Cravin Vapes that does. * Great Customer Service. Everyone here has been very polite, helpful, and knowledgable. Very friendly people. Anytime I've visited everyone has a smile whether customer or worker. * Great Selection. This location has an amazing selection of juice of different types and brand. They also have have an awesome selection of vape accessories. The only reason I'm giving this a four star and not a five is simply because I've had recurring issues with juice flavor. I have been to this location about a half dozen times, and only gotten juice from here about four times. Three of the four times I've gotten bad juice.
