Copper Canyon has a few locations in the Fort Wayne area from my understanding…read more I visited this one for a cigar event recently, and was very icurating. A friend of mine worked there in the past and I could tell that he and the others who worked and owned the store took great care in its curation. The outdoor seating lounge and also the one inside offered plenty of seating. The indoor lounge is dark and cozy, just like I like the esthetic of a cigar lounge. The faux fire place was the icing on the cake. My favorite cigar brand was well represented throughout the establishment. The humidor is packed with all of the best brands. I found cigars here that aren't available in my area. The staff were friendly, accommodating and a lot of fun. The event seemed to be catered by a regular of the lounge. The food was great. I had a wonderful time!

I'm suppose to return there later today to meet the mgr to get my refund. So much aggravation for a $30 item. Buyer beware!!

Store is over priced. Apparently they must buy their products retail on line and then mark them up so they have no recourse or agreement with the manufacturers of the products they sell. So don't plan on having any help with bad products. When I used to go into this store it was wall to wall people. Now I can go there and be the only one in the store. That should tell you something. The writing is on the wall. It's a sign that says, "Going Out of Business". Not that it will be spelled correctly.

I love walking into this store. They have a very modern and pop culture feel that makes anyone feel welcome. They have a lot of really great pieces of art hanging on the walls. They also have an oxygen bar which, to my knowledge, is the only Cravin Vapes that does. * Great Customer Service. Everyone here has been very polite, helpful, and knowledgable. Very friendly people. Anytime I've visited everyone has a smile whether customer or worker. * Great Selection. This location has an amazing selection of juice of different types and brand. They also have have an awesome selection of vape accessories. The only reason I'm giving this a four star and not a five is simply because I've had recurring issues with juice flavor. I have been to this location about a half dozen times, and only gotten juice from here about four times. Three of the four times I've gotten bad juice. My favorite juice that I always get is Pomberry and twice it has had a very chemical-like flavor. But, in every other respect this is a fantastic vape store!
