As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with "Hi welcome to Epic Vapes, how may I help you today". The way they have their juice menu set up is awesome most places have a binder or they do not have any reading material at all and your having to lean across the counter as much as possible to even see what they have but these guys take it to a whole new level...Tablets. You are able to walk up to one of their two tablets and search for a flavor by ingredients or even by brand or category. For me I'm into deserts so I can chose the deserts category and it will show me all the names of the desert flavors they carry and a brief description of that flavor, instead of flipping through a bunch of pages. Now comes the taste testing most places in town use a Kanger tank or even one of those small smok sticks and you get home and the flavor does not even taste like what you tried. Not here you can actually taste and get every note of the flavor your looking at. They have a great selection of products and Juices as well with really good prices. A lot better then the other stores. It is worth the trip of checking them out. My new favorite store in town!

I ended up going back to Cravin Vapes to return my battery. The STAFF was phenomenal, I highly recommend going to this location! They were so understanding and helpful. They even let me exchange my battery for a new one. One of the Staff members had bought an additional essential for my battery, because the battery/brand I had purchased has "great ratings." (and it was just with my luck of the draw picking a broken battery.) I recommend going to this location. The Staff members were so sweet and kind. I will definitely be going back to this location and store from now on!

Online is, once again, the best way to shop. I used to be able to have any and every question answered by people in the know. The staff has since turned over, and today was my last straw. I went in for coils, telling them how an out of town shop had given me the wrong kind. I didn't remember the exact specifications, so I told them the brand and that it was a single coil down the middle. I wasn't given options; I was handed one box. So I naturally assumed they knew what they were handing me. Mistake on my part. When I opened the box at home, the first thing I see are triple coils looking up at me, plain as day. If their staff doesn't know the difference between the numbers 1 and 3, they're not going to be of any real help to anyone. Their selection is still decent for a physical location, and their juices are as good as can be expected under the stupid Indiana laws, so they earned their second star.

A friend of mine worked there in the past and I could tell that he and the others who worked and owned the store took great care in its curation. The outdoor seating lounge and also the one inside offered plenty of seating. The indoor lounge is dark and cozy, just like I like the esthetic of a cigar lounge. The faux fire place was the icing on the cake. My favorite cigar brand was well represented throughout the establishment. The humidor is packed with all of the best brands. I found cigars here that aren't available in my area. The staff were friendly, accommodating and a lot of fun. The event seemed to be catered by a regular of the lounge. The food was great. I had a wonderful time!

I love walking into this store. They have a very modern and pop culture feel that makes anyone feel welcome. They have a lot of really great pieces of art hanging on the walls. They also have an oxygen bar which, to my knowledge, is the only Cravin Vapes that does. * Great Customer Service. Everyone here has been very polite, helpful, and knowledgable. Very friendly people. They also have have an awesome selection of vape accessories. The only reason I'm giving this a four star and not a five is simply because I've had recurring issues with juice flavor.
