They need to come down on prices and advertise more or something because me never see's anybody up in this store, just a few workers diddie daddling around. They got a good product here and a pre decent selection and slightly cheaper than GNC, but without them clearance deals on them pre workouts me cannot recommend.

Joseph has a private stock of vitamins/remedies that he will only sell you after he's sat down and consulted with you regarding your particular health concerns. He uses 'iridology', a way of looking closely at the irises of both eyes to analyze your health. I was skeptical, but after he'd correctly "diagnosed" my wife's condition and given her good natural remedies, I think I believe more in these "alternative" medical practices than the traditional physicians, who are trained to support the pharmaceutical companies. This is a family run business, and you will frequently see his wife or daughters running the cash register and helping customers find something, while Joseph is in his consultation room with someone. This business is located near the intersection of Coldwater Road and Wallen Road, adjacent to the Lassus Gas Station.

I love sandwiches and when I used to live in South Florida, I would frequent a super marker called Publix which sold Boars Head products. My local deli is good but Boars Head, at least the memory of it, felt to be just better. So I drove up to Fresh Thyme in late may hoping for some sandwich goodness. I entered and made a bee-line right to the deli. Yes! Huzzah! It actually had Boar's Head products. Poor deli lady had a large order to cut. I got provolone cheese, havarti cheese, pepperoni, genoa salami, different types of hams and turkey. I, though, was very disappointed it did not carry the jerk turkey which i truly adore. It said it did on the website but it was wrong. I was explained by the deli lady, they are a smaller store so they do not carry all the boars head products a larger one would. Also disappointing the deli has no prepared foods except some rotisserie chicken. Still I had my boars head stuff and with some nice pumpernickel bread, I had it for lunch everyday for over a week. You read right... every day! Store had a lot of other great products, so i made my weekly grocery purchase here. More pricey than I am now used to but well worth it. Love this place! Got me some boars head!

I haven't had an issue with the compounds or anything product related, however there is a…read morediscrepancy with insurance that is rather troubling. Myself and a coworker, we both carry the exact same insurance from our employer, we see the same doctor, and we are on the same progesterone compound injections from that same doctor. We take identical doses, of the same exact compound, through identical insurance. I am paying full price for my progesterone, because this pharmacy told me that my insurance (which they do accept) will not pay for it. My coworker had the same issue, but she contacted our insurance to see why it isn't covered, and they told her that it IS in fact covered, but it is being rejected because of how it is being billed by FW Custom RX. Her husband went in and argued with the pharmacist several times, telling him exactly how to bill our insurance so that it would be covered... Now since they file her progesterone differently, she gets hers for $30 less than I pay for mine... I've talked to Fort Wayne Custom RX on the phone about the insurance billing issue, and explained to them how they bill insurance for my coworker and that they need to be doing it the same for me. The man on the other end was extremely rude and refused to do anything about it. So I am still paying full price for my progesterone, when my insurance DOES cover a portion of it, but they won't do anything to correct their filing problem.
