The dogs were beefy and juicy. The buns were nicely toasted, but still soft to the bite. The toppings were fresh and flavorful. The fries, though I do believe a popular frozen brand, were prepared and fried properly. They weren't seasoned but I was happy about that; I can't stand over-seasoned fries! The woman that took and served our order was friendly, bubbly, and personable. Even after decades of living in other states, most of the food we miss is from the Windy City. Imagine our surprise, when we found out the gracious owners of this food truck are from the Chicago area and their menu is peppered with some of our absolute favorites - Italian beef and a loaded Chi town hot dog! The smash burgers are ridiculously good. If you think Beedos has the beef, think again. The patties here are expertly cooked, with just the right amount of crispy edges, and juicy meat. Probably one of our top 3 burgers of all time.
