I think we are getting there and will be happily ever after with lawn that doesn't look like it came out of a horror show, knock down mangled trees, remove grass and make some cool sitting areas, a bocce pit, a decent fire pit sitting area, crush stone the outdoor shower... ya know? In stages! But so far, improving!!!

Ademire with Moriah and his teams were professional, flexible and respectful throughout the entire process. Ademire answered all of my many questions before we contracted his company, and he communicated promptly in every stage of the project. His crews were on time and worked with us to tailor key elements, such as final grading and sprinkler head positions (thanks, Alex), all with a smile and no skimping on time or materials. A special compliment as well to his plumbing service for expert install of the irrigation back flow valve and to Mass HydroSeed for prompt and friendly service. All in all, we are very pleased and can recommend Moriah Landscaping without reservation.

Jose was very prompt in meeting me and did a through job of estimating labor and time. He was able to give a price on the spot. After agreeing, his team showed up the next day, completing the work in one day and the exact amount of labor. His team was fantastic, in my view going above and beyond what was asked. I say this as a recently retired property manager for the past 36 years in the Boston Area. I will be using 3 Brothers again. Again, thank you to Jose and the team

After being utterly crushed by a non-responsive company that made a come back! In the interim we hired someone recommended by a hack job handy man who is known for being a love ball but bad habit of Harry Houdini-ing when things don't suit him... Wound up with a county unionized average Joe (lovely guy but not this Joe because that guy turned out to be lazy, cut corners and not very good mowing, but I digress) - I turned to Yelp for recommendations. I wanted at least 3 quotes. In the meantime Tim Acton took over the lawn/landscape maintenance (they are the original landscapers for the property), and starting off on a better note. Very happy with them - so far - BUT after heart ache, getting quotes for work from more than one source is always recommended (particularly when they bother to SHOW UP!). Papa Joe is a super hard working guy, and delivers what he says he will. With an amazing personality and reasonable costs. Which makes decisions harder for me. So here's the deal: 1. He will be reasonable pricing. 2. He will respond, on time and communicate effectively 3. He will do what he will tell you he will. 4. Clean job and great pride in craftsmanship. So now, if I have to recommend? I am torn. Because both Tim A and Papa Joe are fantastic options. Now, lets see what the quotes for the staggered projects will look like. Because I have no doubt either will do an incredible job. I do know they both are for the long-lasting relationship.
